Real talk...I got my license in 2019 at Belmont Correctional institution and our Barber school is called Eastern Horizon. I wish more barbers would humble themselves and watch these videos to improve their craft. There are too many subpar barbers out there who stubborn and set in their ways. They're not as good as they think they are and their work shows. They're average at best and can only cut a few styles.

I never liked enhancements after a cut. That’ll be gone as soon as I go home and take a shower. Just give me a cut and save the spraying and penciling for your next customer… I’m good!

Those are some super nice lineups. Just makes the existing hairline pop. My issue has been once I hit 40 maybe my natural hairline is thinning but every single barber has been going past my hairline and creating a new one pushing me back in the process. So I'll wolf and go a few months without a lineup to grow back what was pushed back and even line my own hair up just to feel comfortable enough to get lined up again and be pushed back AGAIN.🤣

same thing what happened to me when i went to the usa from 242 but a line up is called i shap up where im from so everytime i go the barber they push back my hairline so i put my own clippers so i can grow my shape line back .

Can you talk about cowlicks. I have 360 swirl pattern but I have a double crown and the second crown has a swirl cowlick effect on my hair and just doesn't go away no matter how much I brush

Man I watch and love your videos but it's real difficult for me to understand the black dye part. It just makes no logical sense especially if you are taking all this time to go over his line multiple times and even use a razor. The dye is only there for a day or two but if you're using all of these things then why tell your fans to trust the razor when you don't. These guys aren't balding. Now if he goes out on a date after and somehow some of that rubs off on his lady or a pillow she's going to think the dude got fake hair. 😂.
One day those sprays will completely eliminate the craft of being a barber. I just don't think you should push it for each and every person because it's almost a sign of insecurity in your work. What it's also going to do is promote other people to giving bad haircuts and covering it up with a spray before the person can see. There's too many negatives to the spray when you're using it for people who don't need it. Crispy hairlines have been a thing since forever. Those sprays should only be used for people who are thinning.

Looks good but if you're like myself, I like going home and washing up after haircuts and believe you me, it never look the same way after a bath. What I like to see is if the barber can cut the same cut with the same look without all of the artwork. No pencil, no hair fiber, no sprays or anything! That's the way you can tell if you have a real barber, one who can cut without painting it on.

I’m in search for my next trimmer purchase as I have a wahl advanced stainless steel trimmer, which is about a 7/10 and I just need something that hits better and sharper.
Babyliss gold FX is the best in the game rn. Another one is the Andis slimline pro which doesn’t hit as hard but gets the job done and is affordable.
