    Hello Guys;
    Thanks a lot for what you're doing. That's really nice and educational.
    Recently I started doing esps a bit differently: I'm putting the probe transversely and putting the needle at the junction of spinous process and the lamina; so more medially than usual. It's working good for me
    Please let me know; do you find it a good modification

    also please make a few sessions about some blocks for chronic pain.... like facet joint, celiac, stellate.... etc etc.

    please please give us a demo of sacral and lumbar plexus blocks.... aaallll the tips and tricks! Asking for a patient with 20% EF for above knee amputation and is septic. Help needed!!!

      Both these blocks have risk of hypotension although they're great block alternative
