Excellent educational video. Thank you! A few comments though. At 19:12 - you've incorrectly marked biceps brachii (musculocutaneous nerve at the level of conjoint tendon lies almost always between heads of coracobrachialis m. - at least I've never seen differently); at 25:41 you've incorrectly marked both muscles (flexor pollicis longus was incorrectly included within flexor digitorum profundus; and flexor carpi radialis was incorrectly included within flexor digitorum superficialis). Hope that will help in your futur educational courses.
Thanks so much
Hello!
Had interscalene block and wrist orif surgery.
Last 3 weeks my surgery side eye has been dilated 2mm more and I am starting to get some burning sensations on arm.
Any chance the nerve block caused some damage or inflammation to nerve creating these complications ?
Always difficult to comment on cases with limited information. Many potential causes. Safest to go to family physician or ED if any concerns. They can then organise investigations if required
Sir how do you cover the posterior cutaneous nerve of arm which is frequently spared (in supraclavicular brachial plexus block, Infraclavicular and axillary brachial plexus blocks) during the surgery around the elbow??
Thanks for the question. The truth is, I have not yet come across an issue where this has been a problem yet. Have you any suggestions?
@@DrAmitPawa Sir we usually infiltrate dilute LA subcutaneously at that site
@@SamtaniPradeep elegant and simple solution! Thank you 🙏🏽
Все отлично
Thank you 🙏🏽
Sir What is the name of scanning app??
The anatomy images are from essential anatomy/complete anatomy from 3D4 medical.
But I created the virtual scanner by animating a probe moving in-time with the ultrasound image
@@DrAmitPawa Ohh!! that virtual scanner is really really great
@@SamtaniPradeep thanks!!
Any Edda exam guidance
Do you mean EDRA guidance?
