With rectus shealth block, we should go throuth first line, give LA between the double white line or above both of white line. Thank you.

I’ve been having really good luck with putting 15 ml at 12 o clock on the anterior femur for NVI I believe that the lateral and medial hydrodissection gets the other two genicular nerves. What are your thoughts?

What's the reason the ESP block is performed cephalad to caudad as opposed to caudad to cephalad?

Well... in a lumbar ESP... because the ass can get in the way. Otherwise you can do it either way.
