Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but copium and hopium isnt gonna help us Beta testing is always for QOL checks and bug testing The sample infront of you is 95% of the final product which will be released in feb, This trash optimisation wouldnt magically be fixed when the problem lies in the very engine they are using. Expect the same performance in feb too.
Beta builds are usually a few months older then when they release so if they want to improve it they certainly can , the problem is the fucking consumers are too stupid to ask for a better product . So this will keep happening until we hit rock bottom !
I have similar laptop. 5800H & 3070, but with 115 W TGP. 1080p, medium preset, DLSS Q. I got around 30-35 in base camp when it is populated by other players. 35-45 in the open field & fighting monsters.
i used amd fsr to enable the frame generation on 3070, able to get 80FPS on high settings 1440p, but fr game feels like its 30 fps and the character movement looks like an AI generated videos. fr. terrible game performance. even i could get 120 fps with dlss on mhw 1440p. do they really wanted us to buy rtx40 series just to play this game with dlss enabled? nah.. thats very bad af. even 4070 cant get 60fps more on this game in running in native
they still have about 3 months or so i hope they get thier shit together and optimize it cuz this is unacceptable

Thanks, I thought my laptop was broken. Glad I'm not alone lol
Capcom never learn from what happen to DD2 😂
Damn, from the start to finish, the FPS are only in range of 25 - 47 FPS. I know this is only Open Beta Test, but , DAMN !!!
finally got a decent pc in hopes of running wilds decently but well, this is just pathetic news... Sad to see that optimization is slowly dying.
Man I feel you, I upgraded my super weak card which was a gtx 1060 3gb to an rtx 3070 and its so sad to see I can barely run the game.
@@bence3461 for real dude, got a pc and hoped to save money for the game which i thought the price was ridiculous already but this is worse
How is performance at the hub area as it would be the most cpu intensive area and sadly i don't think our 5800h would be abe to handle it

regardless the preset still same performance, defo bad optimization
Strange, 3070 is using only 130W...
why? Its a mobile gpu, not the desktop one
@ilyakarankevich9734 ohh my mistake 😂
Thanks for the video. Really bad optimization
game looks so washed, glad to see a more powerful gpu is also struggling

I have same laptop but play on high settings DLSS Balanced at 1440P with frame generation and I get between 70-90 fps usually.
