- GGBY is getting a new net. It's going to be 1600 square feet and the hole is so big in the middle that we will rig a highline INSIDE of it. Interesting project, but your focus on 'keeping it square', makes me think you might want to look into the characteristics of a catenary curve. Initially, it is more complicated, but ultimately allows for more uniform construction and loading, if you know the final size you want.

Circles get more sqft per max radius though
Can't make circles with nets. 5 sided nets might get more square footage but not enough for the extra work of having an extra leg.

Curious why you're not using Andy's net? Also, are you going to let jumpers out on your net?
Andy is using his for something else and GGBY needed to have it's own anyways. Our net is too low to practically jump out of being in the wet beaver cove and BLM won't give us permission to give permission to do it. But i'm not the police and I don't care sooooo......
