So Italian spanakopita,how delightful,love it.I am going to a Turkish restaurant on Monday,they do a spinach,yogurt,kashkaval cheese onion,and garlic dish sounds good to me.

I used to always be a "fresh veg only" type. But good frozen veg like that is not only cheap, it's less wasteful as you only take out what you use unlike big bags of fresh leaves. Also less waste in the food chain that way. So really helps everyone eat really nutritious veg more often. That dish looks a great Sunday brunch or quick late supper, looking forward to giving it a try. Cheers.

My great aunt used to make it sadly no longer with us I do remember she used quite a bit of butter but what else I have no idea it was delicious on toast or crusty bread rolls 😊
