Got two paid gigs. A air bnb I did was great. Rental was a very low-end rental. I plan on going to open houses next and ask to take photos of the kitchen.
Back to report, after using the ML-CD15 on my Godox 520 for several months, that it is getting the job done as good or better than using the shoot through umbrella. It's easy to bounce back on the ceiling or point forward from next to the camera. I found a tool holster on Amazon that it fits into perfectly.
Great videos, Joe. Tell me why you use a white layer mask with a black foreground selected verses a black layer mask and a white foreground. Does that have anything to do with luminosity mode versus normal, darken or lighten blending modes?
Joe, it's getting hard to keep up with your gear suggestions! I bought the round 36" reflector, haven't used it because it's cumbersome. I bought the shoot-through umbrella and a belt holder (made for a tool from Home Depot), it's working pretty good but the sphere you are featuring here looks easier to handle than the umbrella and the cost at $29 is worth trying for my Godox 520. But....I noticed at the very start of the video that you did a "quick draw" of the flash from your belt. I couldn't find a belt holder on Amazon with a short scan over the results. Can you please post the link to that item? That setup could be easier to manage than the umbrella. My only hurdle at this point is that my camera bag is full and I don't know where I would store the orb. Thank you, as always, for your great content!!!
Not really. The best way is to go in person and ask to do a presentation of your services. Get hooked up with a few good realtors and then referrals will happen.. be active on social media and target home owners too. Everyone in your area needs to know you are a real estate photographer. Everyone is a potential client or referral. Remember that.
@@joefoto I'm just in this part-time. I have posted to all the local Facebook groups. Went to an open house today and thr flyer idea is from the realtor. I'm setting up to run Google ads here soon too. Facebook ads tend to work poorly in my experience.

Awesome. I lost mine somehow. Have been using just the bare flash. But probably will order a new one again soon.

No difference with the modes just depends on if I wanna brush in more flash or ambient. Just depends on the shot.
Thats a good way to blend "transparent" curtains.
Most of the time i struggle with them...Thanks Joe😀
Ya! Glad I could help. Thanks for your feedback!
Wow such great results with minimal editing. So with this modifier attached, do you crank the V1 to full power?
Yes! For these shots I did.
would you be able to show how to do this in luminar neo? that would be amazing! Thanks in advance
I don't think it would work because you don't have the option of blending modes in neo. Unless they added that feature??

Lol. I know. I switch gear like underwear. I will look for that belt clip but just search on Amazon for cell phone belt clip
Arkon Swivel Belt Clip Holder. You will need to get some super glue too. It won't hold with the sticky stuff it comes with.
Joe, do have experience leaving flyers at brokerages to get clients?

Ml-CD15 is there an adapter to fit the Godox ad 200 pro?
I believe there is. I'll respond back and double check tomorrow.
Okay, thank you! I haven't found one yet.
@@terrykellyphotography6171there is a set which supports ad200. So it should work for the pro version too.
i recommend the barebulb for more power.
@@AlSo-Fotografie thank you!
