Kylie....I am not one to hawk a product, but I, like you, experience thinning of my hair when I try to grow it long. I've been using a new product from Kitsch and I LOVE it! I've received a lot of compliments on my hair and if you haven't tried it, you should. They are shampoo and conditioner BARS so it also saves the planet with no plastic bottles. My sister-in-law asked me what I was using, she's tried it and loves it also.

I have to be careful what kind of shoes I wear becuz I have really flat feet too. Just curious if you have ever tried wearing the HOKA shoes? I get the Clifton 9. They are they only t-shoes that after walking and standing all day on concrete that my feet don't hurt. They are a bit on the pricey side ( I Paid $160.00 for a pair) but I bought a pair last summer and they are just as comfortable as the day I bought them. It's like I'm walking a cloud.
