I’d recommend looking up NZXT, they offer a custom PC builder program where they assemble all the parts you select and send you the computer, that’s where my PC is from and I have no complaints about it at all :) there’s plenty of others that you can check out too, like iBuyPower, CyberPower and even BestBuy sells prebuilt PC’s made by ASUS and other well known companies :)
i have a question because im curious, do you ever experience any stutters or random lag spikes while playing? sometimes on my current pc i get random stutters and whenever i alt+tab my game just goes to 10 fps. mostly trying to figure out if this is a computer problem or just gta being dumb

Usually I find if that happens restarting the game if not computer is a good fix, usually after alt tabbing the game does a freezing thing

with those specs you should be getting more on ultra gta online is poorly optimized

when i turn on my post FX it adds sort of a motion blur even though my motion blur strength is all the way down
That's typically what the effect does, it makes it more like "cinematic" I guess

Unfortunately the only thing you guys can really do is lower your brightness settings a little bit to get some more vibrance out of the game
