Took 1.5 grams of PE and legit thought I was going to die. It took so much will power not to panic how I wanted to panic. It was INSANE. It started with me noticing my breathing then a lump in my throat and my whole face went numb/pale and my lips and skin around my eyes were tingling. And I felt like throwing up so bad. Which is normal on the come up. But never this intense for me. I couldn’t quit yawning. I had full body shakes. The visuals were SO INTENSE that I was scared to close my eyes. I would just keep looking at different stuff to shift my perspective and try to laugh it off so I didn’t panic. I was sooo close to calling 911. But then I kept telling myself how all they’ll do is monitor me anyways. I was so thankful when the panic attack feeling finally went away and it was just a good high. But the first 4 hours I legit thought I was dying.

While the core message is beautiful, it's also very scary and dark. For me, lucid dreaming, déjà rêvé and psychedelics left me feeling that reality is like a movie playing itself out.
