Very interesting how he talks about alcohol taking off that filter and disintegrating the ego. Same thing happens to me. I’ve noticed recently that when I get drunk, especially if I’m really drunk off liquor, it’s almost like a psychedelic experience and I can pretty much access any frequency instantly without my ego getting in the way.

Took a shower in the dark last night tripping and it was fucking amazing

I can't tell if mine was an ego death, I was thinking to myself about the randomness of reality (as someone who used to believe that reality had an objective truth) but then a thought suddenly popped in my head, what if humanity came from nothingness? within a couple of seconds I became overcome by panic at the thought but im not sure if the thought itself was what caused this panic but I suddenly felt a void form within myself. Knowing that the void was there, I tried to interact with it but I just couldn't it felt like an intangible ball of uncertainty within myself. I tried and tried day after day to interact with it but couldn't, by the way don't want to come of as spiritual but anyways after that there was a day where I had sudden panic at the thought consuming my mental state and I started to tremble and sweat gallons at the this thought, it felt like I was being erased from existence, it felt as if I was practically being mentally ripped from the real world or as if I was floating in a void with no personal concepts but I just couldn't grasp or understand the feeling, plus my mind had mechanisms attached to avoid the void feeling, I tried telling my mind its a physical to calm itself down and it partially worked because it allowed me to embrace the feeling for what it is. The following days, I struggled painfully with sleep and rest out of just how much panic I experience. Now I'm partially back to being able to get regular rest but that intangible feeling still slightly remains, my guess is that if it was ego death, my ego was erased by the realisation that existence is purely subjective and that there is no objective truth to reality. Being someone who desperately searched for the truth in reality. Also the ego death if it one is partially better but hasn't "ended".

The key to a good lsd trip is to not think and talk to yourself or try to understand what you see and feel, just shut your ego and enjoy.

Change in time is just velocity times displacement in another dimension😊

Yeah, closed eye visuals are nuts I always feel like I end up in my brain, but my brain is made up from small little cubes that are super colorful, but there is always a small gray cube in the middle that for some reason my focus always ends on... Still trying to figure out what that means 😁

Mannnnn...this is so freaky, I haven't been in a pure white room...but I have been in a pure BLACK room. Not as scary as it sounds, bc it was sorta like when something would enter this space w/ me, there was no way I couldn't see it, bc everything else sorta "popped" more than the room...I'd compare it to the pre-render'd backgrounds of the old Resident Evil games, if there was anything youd could actually interact with or an enemy, they'd be really apparent bc the BG was a pre-render'd image, and you, items, and enemies were 3D-models. I say fuckin FREAKY bc that "Dr's office" comparison really hit home...what I ultimately saw in this room were two, GIGANTIC DMT-entities, who were like void of any actual details really, but their outlines and attire were made from neon light-type colors, one made of orange, and the other sorta sky blue. And their attire was basically like a surgeon's get-up when they finally glove-up to go and perform the surgery...for 13 years, I've called them, "The Neon Surgeons".
