    Hello! I am new to your channel and I really love your work! I have experience with resin because I make tumblers, and I am wondering if there are any problems with the resin yellowing over time in this case? I know that it is not instantly by any means (sometimes it will take a couple years) but even the nicest resin I have used will eventually change colors.

    • @crazyglasslady

      Welcome I believe all resin will yellow over time Heat, sun, thickness willl all hasten the yellowing. Some reins are better then others. I have been doing it for almost 4 years and nothing in the house has yellowed but 3 projects that are outside have. I live in florida

    With your heat gun if you have other attachments for the nosle use a flatter one.

    Can you use different brand resin on a second pour after the first pour has harden if you need too?

    • @crazyglasslady
      @crazyglasslady  11 месяцев назад

      yes I have even ran out of resin when I was working on a large project and had to mix up a different kind to mix in with the other brand resin.

    Just beautiful, are these raw edges sharp after the pour is dry

      @crazyglasslady  2 года назад +2

      Thank you! As long as you are able to pour resin over each one they are not sharp.

    Try spraying the resin with 99% isopropyl alcohol it works wonders for bubbles

    It's so hard to get the glass cut to the right shape that you want I think

    • @crazyglasslady
      @crazyglasslady  2 года назад +1

      Honestly that was the first time doing that tree and with the hurricane glass i used , it was fairly easy I see those up at the thrift stores alot.
