I had Chronic Anxiety, Panic Attack & Cardiophobia. Mujhe Lagta tha ki Mujhe Heart Attack ho jayega. I rushed to Emergency Room several times. And there is nothing wrong in ECG, TMT etc Tests. After that I got 2 years of PTSD , DPDR. Now when I look Back, I LAUGH at My stupidity. But Those days I was under overwhelming stress and Symptoms were Real
For me Writing down my worries! & emptying my Mind Worked well. It's tough, but you must Navigate through it. Reduce screentime, I reduce Comparison with others. Started accepting life's uncertainty. Takes time but then resolves on it's own. Definitely it's not permanent. Stop Worrying

By 5:00 am, out of desperation, I went outside and started running along the road until 8:00 am, covering nearly 20 km. Fortunately, I recovered from that episode. This experience taught me the value of yoga, exercise, running, and even walking in managing such crises. Since then, I have maintained a routine of walking 6-8 km daily without any excuses. Now, at 35, I am doing well in my life. This incident is a reminder that panic attacks can strike anyone, even those who are healthy. The key is to remain calm and proactive about physical health.

I am also suffering from a panic attack issue and the worst thing I did was after having a panic attack I ran away from my house and came back after 20 hours becoming normal and yes its true lots of negative thoughts come into your minds like killing those people who hurt you made fun of you basically tortured you mentally. Now I'm taking blood pressure medicines only for precautions. My anxiety medicine in a very minor dose of 25 mg is started. Though I'm in my full control but sometimes I am feeling very helpless.

It’s an adrenaline rush! It’s the worst thing, no one should ever experience that. I experience this all the time and every time it feels like the first time. It’s literal hell.
I feel breathing problem sometimes that lasts for few days . But those days are terrible and can't be explained in words. Its like I have to run outside the house for breath. I want to seek help but people around me demotivate me by saying its because of my thoughts and the way I think. They give me lectures to think the other way out. But its not so . One advice as a brother m giving u pls don't trust ur allopathy docs blindly.....they also don't know the root cause ...bs different medicine se different symptoms ko supress krte h....do running if not possible then yoga or even pranayam alone will kill ur 80% diseases....n this is from my personal experience.....also u may use some ayurvedic medicines to boost ur energy level on all three -body,mind, emotions
The whole episode was great... But you missed one very very very very very very important aspect.... Wrong or bad psychologist aka narcissistic psychologists out there who could make your mental health worse.... I happened to seek help from such a person and my whole life destroyed ... Finally it was my second psychologist who really helped me and opened my eyes that there could be even psychologists who are NPD or BPD who feed out of their patients for their grandeosity ..... Just like a cardiac specialist with heart disease..... Then my whole mindset transformed for good.... Until I was under this old Narc psychologist my mental health got worser and worser to the point of my soul being sucked out and made me feel so wrong of living this life.... This is very true... Please consider addressing this aspect in your upcoming episodes...
I suffered two panic attacks both after a few hours of a edible marijuana overdose. I overdosed nearly 30X the recommended dose and wasn't aware about it. The panic attack was so severe that I felt mild dizziness, my heart raced at 140 beats per minute, it felt like my heart would explode out of my chest. It was extremely traumatic and my BP rose as well. The panic attack subsided after 15-20 minutes but for a few months, I experienced brain fog, derealization and weird effects. Fortunately, i recovered from it.
I am going through this phase, age 40 and highly successful but relatable. First time it happened I cried. Imagine drowning in water - that fear multiply 10x and it is continuous. Medication helps but what is imp is counseling and knowledge.

Dimag busy rakho 24/7. It should only be inactive once you sleep. Aur yeh nahi ek din kiya thoda better laga toh chod diya. ROZ karna hai. Mann ho ya na ho, agar better feel karna chahte ho toh.
I had panic attack when studying in kota, around17 years back.I forgot it, but when entered mbbs, started experiencing again, it was late diagnosis as my parents where not ready to consult a psychiatrist. I think that's why, it has now transformed into obsessive thinking and anxiety.Thats why timely diagnosis is very important.

Now I'm taking blood pressure medicines only for precautions. My anxiety medicine in a very minor dose of 25 mg is started. Though I'm in my full control but sometimes I am feeling very helpless.

Am from Mauritius 🇲🇺 🙏🏻 & The feeling of anxiety & panic attack ( panic disorder) is the horrible thing that can happen to anyone 😢 am experiencing it since January 😢 & he's right when that panic attack comes in your ready to end everything but if there's someone near you, talk or Keep walking around or eat a mint gum & this disorder has come to something now that i need to see a physiatrist soon.
The utter acceptance of the fact that you only have control over your actions and zero control over outcomes, therefore you must not even think about the outcomes and accept anything is what helps me. This is one of the main teachings of the Bhagavad gita

I feel breathing problem sometimes that lasts for few days . But those days are terrible and can't be explained in words. Its like I have to run outside the house for breath. I want to seek help but people around me demotivate me by saying its because of my thoughts and the way I think. They give me lectures to think the other way out. But its not so . Who wants to be in those situations? Even by seeing the face of a particular person my anxiety level increases and this situation is beyond my control.

Found this video something super relatable as I been through it all suicide, depression, anxiety, overthinking 24x7 , pain attack but to get out of this is actually super challenging and it’s rightly said only we talk on what’s going in our minds instead of bottling it up all in I head so that we don’t get judge will only make it more worse for us.
I am being in anxiety phase since 2 years and i have faced panic attack and it kept on repeating in episodes. And it felt so bad such weird emotions that can't be explained. Its a constant emotion or feeling like i am going to die every second each breath feels hard. You can't even understand what's happening. Luckily i came across this you tube channel name called Shaan Kassam he himself have went through all the phases of anxiety and he recommended two books and he makes videos strictly on anxiety that it helped a lot i mean really it does helped me a lot get better and get over it once end for all. And during this recovery journey life changed in a good way.

The whole episode was great... But you missed one very very very very very very important aspect.... Wrong or bad psychologist aka narcissistic psychologists out there who could make your mental health worse.... I happened to seek help from such a person and my whole life destroyed ... Finally it was my second psychologist who really helped me and opened my eyes that there could be even psychologists who are NPD or BPD who feed out of their patients for their grandeosity ..... Just like a cardiac specialist with heart disease..... Then my whole mindset transformed for good.... Until I was under this old Narc psychologist my mental health got worser and worser to the point of my soul being sucked out and made me feel so wrong of living this life.... This is very true... Please consider addressing this aspect in your upcoming episodes...

I suffered two panic attacks both after a few hours of a edible marijuana overdose. I overdosed nearly 30X the recommended dose and wasn't aware about it. The panic attack was so severe that I felt mild dizziness, my heart raced at 140 beats per minute, it felt like my heart would explode out of my chest. It was extremely traumatic and my BP rose as well. The panic attack subsided after 15-20 minutes but for a few months, I experienced brain fog, derealization and weird effects. Fortunately, i recovered from it.
I am going through this phase, age 40 and highly successful but relatable. First time it happened I cried. Imagine drowning in water - that fear multiply 10x and it is continuous. Medication helps but what is imp is counseling and knowledge.

I had panic attack when studying in kota, around17 years back.I forgot it, but when entered mbbs, started experiencing again, it was late diagnosis as my parents where not ready to consult a psychiatrist. I think that's why, it has now transformed into obsessive thinking and anxiety.Thats why timely diagnosis is very important.
