Can panic attack also become hypertensive crisis Coz my bp was 190/160 when i suffered this some1 said it a heart attack or stroke n some said its paNic attack

Great! Detection is very important and moreover self awareness. I've see difficult days and I know it's so much difficult to handle without any help and also when you yourself are not aware of what u are dealing with. Its the worst phase! These mental health issues should not be ignored bcz I've suffered a lot and it interferes in work too.

Though It it quite easy to find big businessman's & successful person in their field. But very difficult to find a , down to earth person who can inspire you as an human being also. . Anupam is definitely one of them , most experienced shark in Shark Tank and though maintains his decorum. Always talks in a way that ppl will look upto him & motivate contestant with logical and matured manner ( unlike Aman & Ashneer)
Very big thanks and huge respect to Anupam sir for being open and speaking about Anxiety, GAD and Panic attacks. He can talk about this anywhere else but he speaking this in candid interview makes it still more generalized. I am biggest fan Anupam sir
I am 25 and i also have these symptoms viz. Panic attacks, overthinking,over creativity and ended up taking therapy now the episodes of these attacks has reduced to once or twice a year from atleast once a month.. and seeing this video where Anupam just replicated all of my feelings gives confidence coz you see he has become this successful taking this GAD alongside, hence its not a disease at all. Just some chemical imbalances in the brain which you have to manage either by therapies or medications..
I am from Healthcare field. Everyone goes through these issues when they try something new. Our body wants us to get back to comfort zone so throws "tantrums". You do not need any medication (will ruin your health). Just go out there and ignore the fears your mind will throw at you. It's normal for all humans to go through all of what you described. I got immense relief after listening to Anupam here because i have same kind of mental health problem too. And yes i knew that all my high creativity is because of this anxiety disorder. It's soo soo difficult to cope up when it happens for the first time.. because it feels like you are mad or something you feel so anxious that every tiny thing around you should be well organised otherwise it triggers you and you feel scared too because you don't know what's happening to you out of no reason..like you suffocate and feels like you gonna die or what. Back of my mind i knew this thing is very special..it is helping me in innovative ideas and creativity. GAD is a part of most successful people journey. GAD emerges due to the immense struggle they go through. Being an entrepreneur is the toughest journey. They handle multiple things over the years and end up repressing emotions. That turns in to either physical or mental issue. Only a conscious entrepreneur battles it and progresses. To be honest people who go for small dreams don't experinece anxiety/panic until they face financial problems. Every person going for sky high achievements experience anxiety. Keeping good exercise regime helps a lot.
To be honest people who go for small dreams don't experinece anxiety/panic until they face financial problems.
We all will experience anxiety/panic anyway so recommended is go for bigger dreams and just face it rather than label yourself with a "disorder"
What a disgusting way to approach this topic. Ma'am, if you aren't a therapist or a doctor, please refrain from giving fake advice on social media platforms. In India, you see so many suicides happening, especially during this pandemic, of people suffering from depression, anxiety and other ignored mental illnesses. This ignorance costs people their life. Even well known celebrities (Sushant to name the most recent one) admitted to being a prey. This isn't something to glorify as being a achiever's problem.
You can very well have high hopes and ambitions without having mental health issues. The fact that you think people who don't suffer from these issues are 'low aimers' is pure crap. Also, no aim is high or low. All dreams and goals are valid.

The point here is ONLY about high achievers who feel something is wrong with them and they destroy themselves by thinking they face so called panic attacks and anxiety. Actually just feeling worried is not panic attack!
Many such people go for unnecessary medication and force doctors to give pills even if the doctors know there's absolutely no problem. I hope you get the difference.

Self Labelling can be disastrous any day, but the way in which you frame it sounds like people just use anxiety and panic attacks as an excuse or something. Like people who aren't so ambitious may never have anxiety or panic attacks. Which is definitely untrue. It is better that they rather seek help, but your comment in no way seems to suggest so.
