- The Jurassic Park T. Rx paddock recreated in Jurassic World Evolution. I used screenshots from the original Jurassic Park to make the T. Rex enclosure as movie-accurate as possible in the Jurassic World game.
Please help me out by liking/commenting/subscribing! It would mean the (Jurassic) World to me!

Ian watches the T-Rex falling to its doom: "Is that part of the tour?"
That’s the 28th t-rex this week
10:23 That's because Steven Spielberg installed the invisible fence mod since 1993 lol
The recreation is really accurate and confirms my SUS on no moat, I love it.
this part of the movie was always a paradox to me...when the cars stopped, the goat was at floor level, then you can see the rex throwing the goats leg and grabbing the fence by its top. Then the t'rex break through the fence and after a few minutes all the interior of the paddock was no longer at floor level. Since i was a kid this scene blew my mind lol
It isn't a paradox but doesn't make sense in the movie without context. The original script, some movie lines of dialog and the concept drawing of the overhead view of the paddock will paint the full picture. It's a mote and a inclined hill the leads to the mote that the trex must traverse. The Rex also pushes the jeep far away from the mote to purposely push the Jeep off the Cliffside. It's in the Rex behavior because the 2 Rex in lost world tried the same lol. Check out Klaytons vid on it, he covered it 3 years ago. He has the pictures and all of the concept art that helped the creators figure out how to make the scene.
@@Phantomgto85 it’s a plot hole, the goat is at ground level then it changes, plot hole, Steven Spielberg even said it was a plot hole
@@goochiethanos it isn’t if you actually dig. I mean hell there’s even a line in the MOVIE
“the 40 mile perimeter fence are in place?”
“and the concrete moats and the motion tracking system Donald dear boy relax”
If you watched the movie and did some research you wouldn’t sound like an idiot
And phantom explains it in the simplest of terms for someone like you to understand but you just ignore and say plot hole without actually reading and listening to the movie. Idiot.
This is LITERALLY the first thing I thought would be cool with the new terrain mods... Nice build!
Glad you like it!
As soon as I got the t rex mission in the return to Jurassic park I wanted to make it like the paddock
You use a gate to make it steep
In the book I’m pretty sure it says that they used ravines the seperate enclosures. So I thought that was one of them
the book more explicitly mentions moats, but there are lots of things the movie does differently from the book, so I don't use the book for reference for builds at all.
One way or another, in the book, the rex just tosses the car into a tree, anyways. I think this video is trying too hard to explain what is obviously a huge oversight during production.
@@svperstar well it's pretty simple to me
@@svperstar While it most likely was an oversight, as things like this aren't always taken into consideration during production of a film, fans have made it make sense and that's what I love about fanbases. You'll see things like this happen with fans of all different kinds of franchises.
Oh, Evo! 0:15 That's no magic goat! Goats do that everyday!
uhuh, yeah, I see goats halfway inside a cliffside everyday too
(I know what you mean)
@@OG.Trippster Not only in Alabama, all over the world. (Although, I haven't seen a goat there)
@@OG.Trippster Good to know!

@@alexanderthegreat6682 And for that, we must fear it.
Awesome build, looks amazing, BTW it was confirmed a while ago that the whole exhibit was lowered around the fence next to the tour car road, apart from where the goat is which is a ramp leading to the fence, the goat feeder is at the top of that ramp and is used as a feeder display for the tours. A few videos explain it alot better and in more detail just wanted to let ya know in case anyone was interested, I personally thought it was cool when I looked it up.
Also there was supposed to be a scene where the cars traveled over a raised area overlooking a vista view (where the Brachiosaurs were)- this scene would have preceded the scene where the guests first pass the Rex area during the day- which would corroborate with the lowered area Explorer 04 had been dropped.
This would also explain the brachiosaurs that Grant, Lex, and Tim interact with on the way back to the Visitor's center
This Is Very Cool! Good Job EVO! 🙏🏼
That's a really awesome build. I wish we had terrain tools like this in the console version.
Congratulations on 39k!! I recently been reading the original book and I have to say I love it and I have noticed many similarities and differences!
Amazing how much detail and thought went into this. Hats off!
You did a fine job as always! Nice little trick to get the fences broken where you needed them to be.
Cool build and thanks for the tips EVO☺️
Absolutely phenomenal work.

Good job on building the arguably best scene in the movie!
You’re so talented. your content has given me lots of inspiration, so thanks and keep it up!
Thank you SOO MUCH! For making the t-rex paddock! Thank you!
Been waiting for this video to pop up! Looking forward to the Trex explanation lol
Another dope build great work keep doing it
Thanks for explaining this fricking thing about the T Rex Paddock, so many people don't get it or say it's wrong in the movie, but I always thought it was like that. So Thanks for sharing this
Loving the narrated builds! The rex paddock is probably the reason I fell in love with dinosaurs, just love the atmosphere of this scene. Also, you're completely right about the rex thing lol. If you google it you'll find tons of diagrams about the actual scene and the director even explains how it goes, haha. The cars just get moved and shoved off another drop off, lmao
Which never happens in the movie itself. Rexie just overturns the explorer, and then pushes it over. That is still an error.
@@SylverRaptor yeah She push it away right where the diagram in the video say, so... no more error yay!

The actual inconsistencies strangely enough come in when the cables snap under the pressure as rexy leans on the fence making some of those scary buckling noises before she is revealed in all her glory.. cut to next shot and the only sign of any cable damage was when she bit through the wires to break out.
In every reconstruction since, that has never been rectified.
This is outstanding
Lovely scene recreation! Klayton Fiorini does an excellent explanation on how the T-Rex paddock works, if anyone is still confused.
How it works is fine, what doesn't make sense is that in order for the car Timmy is in to drop over the ledge it would, first, have to move significantly further down the rail to the drop-off point. It never moves beyond the breakout point, though.
@Evolution Square i dont know of someone has mentioned this already. But when the tour cars pass by the t red paddock during the day everyone says the fence ends before the tunnel but you can see fencing and wires going down towards the moat if you pay attention.
Huh. I stopped playing JWE on console from obvious reasons... But your videos are so so satisfying to watch! I love it!
Awesome video!♥️ I love these movie recreation builds, you always have a great eye for detail evo and the t rex paddock looks B E A utiful! Also great explanation of the "plot hole" it was well put together and interesting to watch!:)
Thank you so much :)
Wow this takes some dedication!
Sorry that I'm 3 months late, but at 10:25, in my Blu-Ray version, there is actually some wires there that depict the fence bending further away going up into the jungle.
I just assumed they were in a different paddock, considering they slept with Brachiosaurs. I wouldn't think they'd keep Brachiosaurs with a Tyrannosaur. Height difference would make sense too, since you could see the Brachs feeding in the treetop
Maybe they breached in after the power went out
rexy in jurassic park: Almost catches a jeep wrangler
Rexy in Jurassic world: cant even chase someone running in heels
Beautiful
You absolutely talented person 😱💥😍❤️
thanks mate!
Thanks for showing this schematic of the T-Rex paddock. I always tried to explain this to my brother, but he never understood me.
The biggest clues for the actual paddock design come from some camera angles, when the car gets pushed over the edge of the cliff and Alan and Lex are doing their stunt with the steel cables, in some shots, where the camera films from the bottom up, to the left of the concrete wall you can clearly see some leafs of ferns or palm trees, at about the same level where the concrete slab for the paddock fence would be. These trees and ferns don't look very tall from what we can see (bigger tree = bigger leaf therefore small leaf => small tree). This gives us reason to believe, that the paddock was clearly on the edge of a cliff or at least a very steep hill and the goat must have been a few meters away from the edge of it.
Combine this indication with the scene were Muldoon and Ellie pick up Ian and Ellie looking around, finds the other car. If you look closely at the distance between Ellie and the jeep, which was parked next to the first car (where Ian and Alan was in) and compare it to the breakout scene, where we can see how close the two cars were usually behind each other, it indicates that the T-rex must have pushed the wrecked car a few meters down the road before pushing it off, which was not shown in the movie. That would be the only inconsistency in here.
But she never pushes the explorer. So yes, it is inconsistent. Or rather, a big error. The camera never actually cuts off from that car in that scene. You can see its in it's original place when Ian starts to run. The rex did not pushed it anywhere. They either forget that there was supposedly a goat there, or they decided to not film something. Not hating on the movie, but what is bad, is bad. Like how you can see it clearly that due to technical limitations they rarely show the raptors and rex fully. It's not a hate, that I can point it out. It's just being honest about it. That part of the movie was flawed. For what reason, doesn't matter. The same how there was actually 4 raptors at the end. Not 3. :)
"Magical Goat doing Magical Goat things" LMAOOO This is why I love your channel, it's so funny and always keeps me entertained.
I am a person who thinks It’s good for the view to be difficult because when you do get to see the Dino you feel a bigger sense of excitement

Thank you! Cheers!
yes the new jwe evo vid
the inside of the T-rex enclosure was shown in a JP comic, Klayton Fiority showed it in one of his videos and explained it really well.
One of the Jurassic world tie in campaigns had concept art created for it that depicted the enclosure as terraces to explain the slope.
Great video
You are SO SMART💙💙💙
I live this build it is amazing
It’s really cool, and you probably explained the rex moat cliff thing better than anyone I’ve seen. Only criticism is that I think the mountains are a little bit too close
Wow evo that is amazing you cud make a new park series's recreation of Jurassic park but this time with mods
You're definitely right about the overgrowth. I was playing this movie accurate Jurassic Park save from Nexus mods on JWE2. When. My son and I were trying to find the dilophosaurus, riding in the tour car, I noticed that you can't see them, even if they are right next to the fence, because the grass is taller than they are. I verified that they were that close using the highlight feature.
I suddenly realized that those dilos, or as my son says "loffys", could have been right there in the movie despite no one seeing them. A combo of too much overgrowth, and that JP dinos have realistic animal camouflage.
Nice build
Awesome video!!! So after Nedry's jeep can you do the Savanna/Taiga bike featured in the lost world next plz?
Dinosaurs I would have:
Gallimimus
Pachycephalosaurus
Parasaurolophus
Memenchisaurus
Compsognathus
Trex (the bull)
Thanks!
I don't think the game trail for TLW is difficult for people to recreate, son I'm not sure a video on that is necessary.
@@EvolutionSquare yeah I agree :)
I love it!!! But also: (someone else) probably said this already: there is a decoration in the jp era (a restroom) without any path needed. I think it’s more movie accurate as well
Lol at that Magic Goat. XD Anyway, it made me think of mountain goats that does climb nearly vertical surfaces with ease. :)
I glad you didnt realise the carts going the wrong way.
Nice build.
Thank you. That had bugged me for years. I just couldn't visualize there being such stark elevation differences so close together in a way that made sense.
It doesn't, though. The paddock is fine, the problem is the location of the car. The car Timmy is in has to move further down the rail to the drop-off point, but, it never leaves the breakout point.
@@pustulio81 hello darkness my old friend 😨😭
@@serpentinious7745 Don't get me wrong, I know what she was doing here. It just doesn't make sense with the way the film portrayed events. I want to believe things are as described, but, without the car moving it just can't be that way.
With this explanation I can finally enjoy the movie
I'm not gonna lie your so creative

I saw a video the other day from a guy who visited the original filming place in Hawaii. There actually is no drop at all at this place. The drop was only there when they filmed the breakout scene in the studios in L.A. with the animatronic.
