You guys are very solid! more than alot are! I'm very seasoned to farming life, and watch alot of the big hitters, Larsons, Millennial farmer, Brians farming, Mike mitchell, etc. I like the down to earth videos not edited for your tube! Thumbs up Reese! and personally love that your dad an uncle I awesume are so good on doing there own videos! Perfect!
Love you guys!!! As a northern Illinois city boy. Your channel is a real eye opener for all the hard work that goes into making food for us all. Bless you guys/gals and all that you do to feed the world.

That's cool to see Jay out there in the fields working ground,I agree with what you said about voting, keep up the good videos can't wait til next week 👍
Seems case could solve the track steer allignment problem with a "return to center" button :) Also, Jay, thumps up for the comment about machinery on the road 👍
Good seeing ya Reese. You all are doing really well. Good to see the new equipment is performing. Here in northeast Ohio were still waiting. Got about an inch of rain last night. We needed it. Oats are coming up and wheat looks awesome. Got about 2,000 acres tilled up but a long way to go. Stay safe bud. 😊👍
How many acres can you plant in a day? Plant your half acre plot to sweet corn and have the Grandkids set up a stand on the blacktop. Looks like a nice corner.
I think I’m averaging around 350 a day but that’ll go up when I make it to our Indiana ground (big fields) if I don’t get 500 a day there something went wrong
Just thinking out loud...Anyway you guys could set up a magdrill on the framework where the steerable portion and non-steerable portion of those tracks overlap, get them dead straight i the shop and drill the section of frame for a tight fitting pin on each track? Then you could pin the tracks right before you start seeding...
Cant get enough from your vids, i know you all spend much Hours in planting season, but with your efficient Equipment it looks simple. I know it is not. Looks the discion from change the colors was Right.👌👌 Hope your Price is at the end a Perfect result. We will see. I Cross my fingers for you
My shirt came today and it looks even better in person. I didn't want to wear it and get it dirty in today's video but I'll for sure wear it in my next one.

Do you grow double crop soybeans behind wheat? We plant beans behind wheat in June in Western Kentucky, but we do also plant some conventional beans. I say WE, it's my buddy's farm that i help work on when they are busy and I can get away from the factory.
Reese why did your farm choose the Case 380 Magnum vs Case RowTrack or quad track for a corn 🌽 planting tractor? Why not tracks on the corn planter? I love all the equipment and technology y’all use. Beautiful farm great video!
I like the speed down the road of the magnum and price but I’m regretting not going the rowtrac route a little bit. I didn’t think we needed any tracks on the planter but they are nice on the 2160.
Great to see your family all involved and your operation running so well. I think it's cool too that Tripp was riding shotgun with you. The future of farming is definitely tied to our young people coming up through the ranks and getting involved early on. Lots of things to distract young people away from farming these days. Glad you got so many acres in while the weather permitted and your early germination looked really promising! Great job on the videos! Will be interested to hear how your strip-till vs no-till results come out.
Yeah he centers it when he gets to the field but it’s hard to get perfect and you have to be in road mode to adjust them I believe He’s planning on running more hydraulics back there so he can play with it in the field while he’s running
Reese is not quite right you can get tires on 2160 but it is so heavy you need the tracks for compaction and flotation with all that weight if the tires go down in a wet spot it is hard to get it to pop back up , the tracks stay on top. And it really is nice to have a big tractor on the planter with tracks. The corn planter is same width but much lighter unit
Tried Friday to get my 2150 going dang flow meter went back from their shop to my place!!! Spent 2 hours trying to figure that out, one dealer wouldn't let them have one since it was late Friday case said they would have one Tuesday, dealer found one in just south of jasper Indiana they went down Saturday am and got it, put it one Saturday when they got back as the rain began to fall again!! So hoping Monday be able to run finally rained out Thursday, broke down Friday then rained out yesterday!!! How do you jave your cleaners setup? I was told from what they have ran need to be in raised position wha they have said, float just throws a lot of dirt, was curious what you have found.
Got to love getting started I run mine raised and I’m constantly playing with how much pressure to have them raised Usually somewhere between 58-70 psi and kick them to full raise when I’m planting in a lettuce bed
Need to put hours on the 620 and decided not to mess with switching the two as originally planned when we start side dressing with the 500 since we are short handed

We were. Needed to get more hours on that 620 and since we are short handed this spring didn’t want with getting it switched around to the side dresser when we are super busy
Well? Did you get elected? I recognized that half acre field by the toll station. I'd bet it took longer to unfold and refold the planter than it did to put seed in the ground.
This is the first year we haven’t done any NH3. We use to do all preplant and have slowly transitioned to all liquid UAN. Putting on a little with the planter then will side dress the majority of it

I like the new speed tiller
I am curious to see how your strip till acres fo because we are looking to get into it
Me too. I have it stripped every 120’ against conventional in an 160 acre field

Have you tried any Dust for seed lube?
Turn those accent lights on on the Magnum!
I’ve been thinking about doing a night time drone shot of her. She’s got some amazing lights
Wow. You sure do have ALOT of faith in your gps and auto steer.
Yep, even more when we use it to lay tile
I think this is either year 19 or 20 using it
Really good video
Why do you use a 380 with tires and not one with tracks or a quad on the corn planter?
I like the speed down the road and price mostly
That rowtrac would be sweet on there though
The steering on your bean planter must not have an auto center button or maybe it tries and doesn’t quite get it perfect?
Yeah he centers it when he gets to the field but it’s hard to get perfect and you have to be in road mode to adjust them I believe
He’s planning on running more hydraulics back there so he can play with it in the field while he’s running
It just won’t stay on exact on center going to try something Monday more to come
@@dennisivers1602 you’ll get it figured out no doubt 👍
Reese how are you liking the 380 Magnum tractor?
I like it a lot
I thought it rode too rough to start with but there’s a suspension adjustment through the screen that I didn’t know about
“So far that’s been the case”...on the case...for the Case :)
😂Thanks for stating that case in case someone missed it
@@iversfarms haha. I got a kick out of your dad saying that. Thank you for the videos. Hammer down. Be well all.
Why dont you run tracks on your setup aswell?
Don’t think it needs it since it’s lighter and cheaper
Is the 2160 planting soybeans like a drill would?
Nope it’s got a precision speed tube like the 2150
I would like to see what bossman's mailbox fix was. I'm a welder fabricator on a farm and l know what I would do to fix it.
He’s got grand plans but he’s just has a temporary fix for now
My question is why do you have a track planter and tractor for beans and rubber tires on corn?
bean planter only comes with tracks

all the extra on the corn planter would think it would be better to drag that one with the quad track
Yeah, may be with the rowtrac
Should of got a 3 point on it. The 380 is a nice tractor though
