Congratulations, Susie! :) It's important to keep checking with your body how it is feeling about fasting. And also check how your mind is behaving, before and after. :)
That is very good question; I personally haven't tried the equilux, but it makes sense, though. On the other hand, the equinox carries a stronger collective vibration, as many people celebrate it or tend to be more intentional on this day compared to equilux. It's worth trying both and check it out. :)
Personally, I'd start on the new Moon, as it brings this "reset" energy that can put our mindset in the right spot to carry on with the fasting. I usually feel the full moon brings me more agitation than the new. But, it's really up to you, you might have a different experience. :)
It depends on many factors. If you never fasted before, I'd do only one day. If you want to do a longer fast, please prepare yourself properly before and after. For the purpose of getting the energetic benefits of the moon portals, one day is fine. :)
@@anefatec I definitely got to start checking the replies quicker I fasted for 7 days I felt so light it didn't look like I lost any weight but I lost about 7 lb but I felt light just really light even when I was walking I felt really light I'm about to go on my second fast starting today I love how I felt the last time as soon as my fast was over I went right for the food I didn't feel good at all after I ate I felt overwhelmingly full & heavy this time I will do exactly as you said in this video I just missed chewing so much I went overboard 😂 I won't do that anymore!!

I'm on the liquid fast it's my first time fasting and I thought it would be much harder than it has been I'm very proud of myself 😊

Hi Susie. You fast for 24 hours (3 times per Moon cycle). You can fast on the 11th day of the Moon for 24 hours.

There are two Ekadasi days in a month....11th day of the waxing moon and 11th day of the waning moon in a month...
