What herbs would you recommend for small intestine damage? I used to have a severe binge eating disorder that has ruined my small intestine pretty hard. My nerves completely hurt 24/7 and I can't feel when I need to go but I need to pee all the time cause my small bowel is pushing on my bladder so much.. and I can't function at all..

Sad reality of the blockage in my body: I can’t breathe fully and actively!!! I have been having issue from a neck imbalance in the side of my neck~ for months… soo many months now! Kundalini is THE ONLY exercise which helps bring integrity and balance back into my body enough to feel somewhat “normal” and able to breathe only with some difficulty! ❤
Hey Ashley, thanks for sharing what you're going through. Deep breath sometimes takes a lot of training. It took my me a few months fo intentional work breath to reprogram the way I used to breath and be able to breath with my whole lung capacity. That's great that kundalini yoga helps you a bit. I have an excellent kundalini kriya for the neck adjustment if you wish I cans end it to you. I had major blockages on my neck and practiced this kriya every day for 8 months it changed my life. Your video is very good, very good quality, but the only problem is that your channel is not SEO, so not getting many views. Your videos are not reaching more people. When you optimize your video will reach more people and get more views. If you do SEO, you will get a good result of your channel within 3 months.
Should we begin a 10 day fast on the new moon and end near the full moon? Or the other way?
Personally, I'd start on the new Moon, as it brings this "reset" energy that can put our mindset in the right spot to carry on with the fasting. I usually feel the full moon brings me more agitation than the new. But, it's really up to you, you might have a different experience. :)

That is very good question; I personally haven't tried the equilux, but it makes sense, though. On the other hand, the equinox carries a stronger collective vibration, as many people celebrate it or tend to be more intentional on this day compared to equilux. It's worth trying both and check it out. :)

Agreed! Fruit sugar is completely different from artificial sugar. :) Fruit sugar heals, artificial sugar kills.

Not really, I know of many diabetic people who improved their health by eating fruits. You get more glucose from starch food than you get from fruits. (many diabetics fear fruits but eat more starch foods). Fruits are mainly fructose, not glucose. Complex carbs are the ones who create excessive glucose levels in the blood, which then create more insulin demand. It's possible for type 2 diabetics to be off insulin within 3-8 weeks if following a good high-fruit detox program and using herbs as support. DM me if you need help. :)
No that’s meat 🍖 as it has proteins inside it (the building blocks of cells) fruits mainly contain vitamins and sugar (the body’s main source of energy and things that help ur body replicate blood and protect itself (to put it simply)) stop spreading misinformation 🎉
How much protein do you think we need? No one needs meat to be healthy. We can easily get 10% of protein (required for good health) from plants. No one detox an acidic body (which causes all sort of illnesses) with a high protein diet. Fruits do the job for many reasons: astringency, water content, electricity, simple carbs, etc

Should it be fasting for 3 days straight or just. Before the moon cycle
It depends on many factors. If you never fasted before, I'd do only one day. If you want to do a longer fast, please prepare yourself properly before and after. For the purpose of getting the energetic benefits of the moon portals, one day is fine. :)
What is Ekadashi...??
It's the 11th day of the Moon cycle.
In my family, food was 'selectively scarce'. Specific examples include: not everyone got dessert, not everyone got a big slice of pie, only some of the burgers had cheese and those got taken first (and I missed out), and finally, not everyone got invited out to eat (others had to stay home). Another way to describe this is food mistrust, specially caused by a parent.

24hr dry fast on the full moon is probably enough
There are many approaches to self-healing, I'm sharing the one I resonate the most, but of course feel free to try and test for yourself what and see what works best for you. ;)

Hi Susie. You fast for 24 hours (3 times per Moon cycle). You can fast on the 11th day of the Moon for 24 hours.
@@anefatec I definitely got to start checking the replies quicker I fasted for 7 days I felt so light it didn't look like I lost any weight but I lost about 7 lb but I felt light just really light even when I was walking I felt really light I'm about to go on my second fast starting today I love how I felt the last time as soon as my fast was over I went right for the food I didn't feel good at all after I ate I felt overwhelmingly full & heavy this time I will do exactly as you said in this video I just missed chewing so much I went overboard 😂 I won't do that anymore!!
