The right to drive a vehicle is based on one's knowledge of the traffic law, so it baffles me that she is putting the burden of her not knowing the law on the enforcers, as if it's the enforcers fault she didn't know the traffic law. Also, the threat she gave that she knew a police officer is disgusting. She should be taken to jail for that.
You have a vehicle, you should know your responsibility. The vehicle is in the wrong here.
Isn't it common sense to not park on a sidewalk? I have done this before and got ticketed and the vehicle also got towed. I asked for a warning but they did not give me one but that was okay with me because I did something I was not supposed to. How can you be so arrogant to ask or request something in an argumentative way? If you are risking something then you have to accept the consequences of your actions. Laws are there for a reason and that is what makes a society. I actually laughed at the last part where someone was handing her money so they can just finish the situation. She must've felt belittled by that.

This is exactly why law enforcers are trained to never argue with people who committed a violation of the law at the scene, it will go nowhere. Tell them to to just show up in court and there they can argue all they want in fornt of the judge.
The brother and sister team who are abusive, arrogant and know it all. When you argue about your rights, make sure you know and sure about what you are discussing as it will backfire. The fact is you do not even know a sidewalk. Besides, you have no idea which is considered private property. In the end, it backfired on her. It is embarrasing, and your whole family is out defending, you even bragged about also knowing a cop. Please try to learn about rules and policies so when you have to argue you know what you are talking about. You became so annoying and irritating as you continue to argue. In the end, you lost, how shameful and you became viral which is probably what you want in the first place.

may pang rent ng bahay at sasakyan, walang pambayad ng towing. hindi aware? hindi kasalanan ng mga awtoridad kung di ka aware ma'am. as a filipino citizen and residing here in the philippines, you should be aware of our laws. its part of your duties and responsibilities as a filipino citizen.
Bat etowing may driver Naman Bute pa Ang pangenoon nag patawad pero sela Wala dios lng nakaalam sa enyo makasalanan kayo 😡😡😡😡😡
Puro lng kayo batas may driver Naman pwde Naman paalisen Hinde e towing agad dios lng nakaalam sa genagawa nyo
@@reymondemba1089 huh? Alam mo yung 5minute rule ng mmda? Pag within 5mins ay lumabas ang driver, ticket lang aabutin nila pero once hindi lumabas ang owner ng sasakyan within 5mins, automatic towed ang sasakyan nila. First of all, alam ng lahat na hindi parkingan ang pedestrian walk-way so basically, dun palang mali na ang mga owner ng sasakyan. Second, may sign na NO PARKING ON BOTH SIDES. Napakalaki pero sige padin sila PARK. Tapos sasabihin pwede naman paalisin nlng? Tapos ano?
EXACTLY. Spot on.
Another woke citizen who thinks she knows everything tsk
Yan yung mga nagsasabi ng let me educate you hahaha
dapat ang magbayad ng tow fee is ung may ari ng apartment. since they are the one who permitted to park the car in the sidewalk.
mukha naman silang matalino at may pinag aralan, pero nagsasarado talaga isip ng tao pag gusto nilang ipilit yung gusto nila. kahit ata 10 years old kaya intindihin na sidewalk yan.
Ganyan pag sobrang talino nagiging bobo at tanga sa katalinohan ..
Its mind blowing how many people use the "i didnt know about that law" argument. Imagine a murder trial where the defendants main point of argument is that "i didnt know im not allowed to kill him"
Murder is very different with traffic violation grabe nmn comparison yan hahaha
@@nortzy143 Reagrdless, hindi grabe ang comparison na yan. Preho lng na point dyan is pagpapatupad ng batas regardless if the people know the law or not. be more logical next time
Very different. One is a violation the other is illegal and obviously morally wrong. This lady violated a rule not a law
@@krisb-travel law is law. Stealing is breaking the law, murder is breaker the law, illegal parking is breaking the law. Theyre all the same with just different punishments. Law is law.
the older gentleman at the end gives her 2,000 pesos so she shuts up HAHAHAHAHAH
Discipline is what we need.
They dont know nothing.
I think "common sense" is the right term for them.
Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.
MMDA should just have a ticket specifically for this type of situation. If the owner of the vehicle is non-compliant on the towing, give the owner of the vehicle a ticket costing more than the "unattended illegal parking" and "impound". I.E, it should cost like 5-10k. Medyo inefficient na kasi ang operation if mag rereklamo on the spot.
They have to learn it the hard way.
"Ignorantia Legis Neminem Excusat".
The rule “ignorance of the law is no excuse” really means that people can't defend their actions by claiming they didn't know the law.
When will these people ever learn. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.
Lahat nalang ng tao entitled. Lahat nalang may karapatan.
First of all if you are a person who has a driver’s license you are required to know the laws which can protect you by educating you on what legal and illegal and to not know such laws is just being ignorant.
AMEN
“Ignorance of the law excuses no one”
Nice job MMDA .... laban lang Col.Bong Nebrija !
Another great, soon-to-be viral video by Sir Gadget Addict, king of the street vloggers lol! 👍🏽
Feeling alam lahat tsktsk
Nkaka irita. Pati na yung bakla wla rin alam.
Pareho silang magkapatid lutang.
These two siblings are one of my favorite kamotes..
you know, if your this disobedience to the person in authority in the United States, you might find yourself already in the ground and being handcuff in less than 5 minutes. hehe ;)
Not only in the US but in any other country as well.
This is long overdue. Kudos to the parking authority. I have no sympathy to all drivers who claimed ignorance. Let that be a hard lesson for them.
Driving is not a right. Driving is a privilege. Video made my blood boil. Hate the part where she starts throwing the "i know a guy na pulis"
You have a vehicle, you should know your responsibility. The vehicle is in the wrong here.
Pag may sasakyan kailangan may garahe.
Where can we file a complaint if the local LGU refuses to do anything about this. In our area, the sidewalk is almost non existent.
They are clearly spoiled brats
Isn't it common sense to not park on a sidewalk? I have done this before and got ticketed and the vehicle also got towed. I asked for a warning but they did not give me one but that was okay with me because I did something I was not supposed to. How can you be so arrogant to ask or request something in an argumentative way? If you are risking something then you have to accept the consequences of your actions. Laws are there for a reason and that is what makes a society.
I actually laughed at the last part where someone was handing her money so they can just finish the situation. She must've felt belittled by that.
Next time alam na ha. Khit san ka magpark pagbawal dont park ok.
@@celiatingsiong9922 hindi lang sir si ate girl, ung guy, napapadyak n kasi naiiyak n. lol
oh well, it's bec they claim "they are not aware that they parked on a sidewalk" (ahaha) that's why they kept insisting.
I'd love to know how they feel once they see this vid, they should subscribe to the gadget addict to be more knowledgeable of their responsibilities.
same with me, i laughed it out when we got ticketed, since i knew were at the wrong so no disputes. look for barangay central vid of Ggadget addict, the part of the video that was just a Lane, that's us, lol
Unfortunately, they failed to buy common sense when they bought their vehicle 🤣🤣🤣
I admire you for taking responsibility for your action. God bless!
Grabe reaksyon ko! Nabulwak ko iniinom ko nung sinabi nyang..
"may pulis din kaming kakilala"
🙄🤔😂
Pulis na kakilala after watching this:
Ate.. Seryoso? Damay moko?
hinde kc nya kilala ung kausap nya subrang ingrante ang magkapatid n yon
Hahaa oo mga
These people say they have Rights.. and i agree with them.. They have the right to remain Silent..✌️
Pinipilit paren kahit Mali na
Obstruction of sidewalk tapos “wlang right” mag tow ang enforcers??? Hays
Pati rin yung lalake lutang rin. Dalawa na silang magkapatid
“Hindi lahat filipino alam”?
“Kahit probinsya”?
Wag kang shunga.
Ayae sumonud
Sir Bhong, include nearby provinces under your jurisdiction para tumino ang kalsada
Yan ang marami sa atin na dahilan but ignorance of the law is not exception...
Suspend her/their licenses and should face the LTO why they should be issued licenses!
There should be a mandatory Driver's Bible aboard on ALL vehicles regarding traffic laws, parking, etc... So those traffic enforcement would point out to the violators... And ignorance of the law excuses no one!
good job pho mga sir
