- MMDA returned to Manila with the primary intention of dealing with an alleged illegal terminal. When they arrived, they found out someone had already tipped the drivers off.
Aside from dealing with some parked buses, they stopped many motorcycle riders without helmets.

Discipline, discipline, discipline! I guess it's a norm in the Philippines where traffic laws are blatantly being ignored and when they are stopped and given a citation knowing they're wrong, and still have the nerve to question the authorities or even talk their way out.

Sa mga nagsasabing mali yung ginawa ng pulis dahil kinalkal or inangat yung sa box. Tama lang po yun dahil may suspicion na ang mga pulis dahil may alleged gun threat for safety of the people around kailangan nilang magconduct ng intrusive search. Pero kung wala namang personal knowledge ang mga pulis or search warrant they can only search based on the plainview doctrine meaning bawal nilang kalkalin yung mga gamit kung ano lang yung makita ng mata nila yun lang yun. Or in any occasion na kinalkal nila without reasonable suspicion lahat ng makikita nila lets say for example baril, it will be considered na hindi mo pag aari.
Why just follow the laws?? So easy I guess they rather pay for a ticket and the tow instead of paying for a helmet... man my fellow Filipinos educate yourself it helps a lot in life....

I think you are referring to the Jeepneys, a common sight all over the Philippines. The Filipinos loved the WW2 American jeeps so they modeled some locally built vehicles after them. The trikes that you see everywhere were patterned after WW2 US military motorcycles with sidecars..

The person with the student license must always be accompanied by a person with a professional license. If he/she is accompanied by someone with a non-professional driver's license only, then it will not be enough.

accidents injuries and fatalities will increase in very alarming situations . The irony of them reckless and undecepline riders are also causing problems with other motor vehicles that are following the traffic rules and regulations. It's high time for the authority to be serious and have the will to enforce such safety system for all motorcycle riders
This mentality of the motorcycle riders thinks that they are excepted in obeying the traffic laws due to they are small or minor motor vehicles..

Sa maynila po araw arawin sana ng mmda ung ganyan kc madaming di naghehelmet dyan lalo na sa looban ng maynila.
Herd mentality isang gagawa ng mali gagaya lahat kaya dapat palaging may nag papastol/enforcer
Sa batas talaga ay, "KUNG SINONG NAG-ISYU siya ring kukumpiska" pwede lang kung na DEPUTIZED na pulis o traffic enforcer para huliin ang lisensiya.. Sa Manila o mga tangang lugar na may LOCAL LAWS ay pagnanakaw sa national laws.. Komo may sinabi ang batas na tanggap ng National law ang batas ng local ay, gumagawa rin sila ng batas nilang tulad sa LTO violation para dun nila ihanay at pwede rin silang manghuli.. Pero sa totoo lang noon ay nabuo mga traffic enforcer para manghuli sa actual na violation, hindi yung parahin ka para hanapan ka ng violation na parang LTO. SIla noon ay nanghuhuli lang sa no parking area, one way at no stopping area.. Noon ay wala silang karapatan para manghuli ng walang helmet, lisensiya walang or/cr, registration. Nakatuon lang sila sa kaayusan ng traffic o takbo ng traffic, hindi sa kakulangan ng motorista!.. Pag bypassed ng MMDA, Municipal/City Traffic enforcer ang ginagawa nila e, ninanakawan nila ang National ng kita, imbes na dalhin sa LTO nahuli nila ay sakanila nagbayad.. Sila pa ang nagpapacomply ng requirements for complete documents sa driver at sasakyan o motor na di sa kanila kinukuha, sa LTO naman!.. Magnanakaw ng karapatan mga LOCAL GOVERNMENT..

Kung gusto mo manood kung paano sila manghuli, tabi ka sa mga enforcers, hindi yung aaligid ka dyan pabalik-balik. Parang may balak kase nakajacket pa ganyan yung mga pormahan ng hitman eh. Walang kwenta yung palusot mo siguro may masama kang balak.
Tinatakpan yung mukha nila dahil walang permiso si Gadget Addict na ipakita ang pagmumukha nila. Karapatan nila na wag ipakita ng isang tao ang pagmumukha mo na wala siyang permiso sayo.
