i am not trying to cause an argument with you or anyone else on here...i am merely saying that my friend (who has been breeding horses for a long time) had the oppurtunity to breed to Big Brown and because of soundness concerns she didnt
my friend was going to breed a mare to him but i advised her against it because of his Quarter Cracks and his feet issues..in the end,she chose to breed to another stallion..and his conformation's decent...i've seen better conformed horses though
actually, she ended up breeding to Master Command...and it is a matter of opinion, but in my opinion Barbaro, Eight Belles, Sea The Stars, Rachel Alexandra and many others have MUCH better confirmation than Big Brown did...Rachel Alexandra and Sea The Stars were certainly more talented..but again,that is a matter of opinion as well, and they both raced clean too

I am a MAJOR in EQUINE SCIENCE AS WELL AS A HORSEBACK RIDER AND BREEDER FOR OVER A DECADE!!! and as far as Big Brown being a better athlete..bull shit 2 that...he never won another race impressivly after the Preakness AND HIS TRAINER ADMITTED TO DRUGGING HIM BEFORE EVERY RACE!!!!!! Compared to Rachel Alexandra who won the Preakness AND The Woodward...Big Brown is a fluke...
