Ever since I watched this video, I’ve been hell bent on getting the Neo Matte Cushion and after months of it sitting in my cart, I finally got it! I live in the Philippines where it’s summer all year round and I sweat very easily. I tried this on for 3 hrs earlier today to test it out and although there was a lil bit of smudging on the nose area, there was no transfer on my mask! And despite my oily skin, it covered areas I wanted for the most part. I just think I got a shade too light but nonetheless, it truly is amazing. @@starrysloth8018 i find that sometimes the velvety or reallly matte finishes can make my pores stand out more than other cushions (also just depends on the cushion) but yes I try to get a good skincare routine going before anything else! :)
i did see that one on the olive young site! but then they didn't have the shade i wanted so I think maybe if the timing is right I would love to try it next time!! :)

hi!:) hmm i think they all work well for combi skin types, but for me personally maybe in between the laneige or fixer. fixer sets really well but sometimes if you have dry u zone it can pick up dry areas at times!

Your videos are very helpful, thank you! I only use tone up cream but find that it clings onto dry patches and looks kind of cakey/powdery especially on my eyebrows. Is there a cushion you'd recommend to avoid those problems? Also do i need to use setting powder after the cushion?

i would say better than matte has good coverage! and great for that 'blurred out' effect. skin looks soft + smooth! i love laneige too! and fixer has quite good coverage as well but compared to better than matte it's not as 'matte matte'! I hope this makes sense!😍
@@Heyinns thanks for replying! i prefer putting setting powder after a bb cream or foundation.. so i don't mind if it's not super matte or what. but what do you think is the best for me out of those three? it's okay if the best cushion/foundation isn't listed in those three. i just want to know what's best for me because i have no idea, i used to use garnier bb cream for years and i think my face got lighter so i stopped using it because it only has 2 shades. and the lightest garnier turned out to be dark on me. anyways, would you still recommend me the 'better than matte'? or is there any other korean brand cushion/foundation that is best for me? thank you again!
@@zaehyun hi! :) so i have yet to try other matte cushions, but I feel like better than matte is a great option for what you were looking for. i like that cushion but sometimes for my dry cheeks it can get a bit drying but if you don't deal with that, it should be fine! but if you do set it with powder, maybe the Espoir be silk one is a nice option too in my opinion! that ones more velvety silky finish with nice coverage :)
