Zenmuse X7 Test: Shooting in Daylight

    Though it was overcast nearly the entire week that I had the X7, I was finally able to get out and grab some footage in daylight. As shown in this video (particularly in the beginning where I show the ungraded LOG footage) the sensor captured a tremendous range of detail from the highlights to the shadows. I quickly applied a LUT to this and ended up pushing my white levels a little hotter than I should have but I still think this clip shows how much detail and color information this camera is capable of capturing.

      Just wondering if this was from a sequence whilst moving, the 100% crop look very soft focus or is it motion blur

      wes smith I had it on loan from DJI for the purposes of doing the review. I think it’s a great platform and you’ll be happy with it!

      It's motion blur. Shutter speed was 1/60th because I was filming at @30fps.
