    Thank you very much.
    "pivot" is the lowest point in decollete line. For more detailed explanation you can download my ebook from my site (its free). You will see in the video tutorial - "pivot point" is intersection of DA with the decollete line.
    about springing: the heel in the back have to be 54 mm, so the difference that left is what you half to spring.
