This is a common concern that's really based off of bad assumptions about how bagged concrete compares to ready mix. We are INTENTIONALLY a lot dryer than you might expect due to the small size of the aggregate in a bagged mix. Yes it's a bit harder to place and screed, but the mix will finish beautifully if you follow the recommended water dosage.
