Wow a restaurant filled with drums... there aren't many in the world. Not only that but you actually devoured Africa, followed by dad appreciating his family's experiences with another culture... and special mention to the exotic snakes, thanks for not biting.

I enjoy watching your episodes and traveling the world vicariously. Capetown has been interesting and have added to the bucket list. I do wish you would spend a little more time highlighting the locals/tour guides to hear their own descriptions rather than always summarizing.
Thank you 🙏 we try to do that when we can but the tour guides aren’t always comfortable talking to a camera. We usually ask them how they feel and how much exposure they’d like when we first meet. However, our first safari was the BEST guide and she’ll be in that episode a lot! 😊

We know 😭😭😭😭 we planned on going the morning before we left but after two full days of tours, the kids were exhausted and we had to make the decision to let them sleep in.

# 2 hard to imagine such beautiful painted buildings with out graffiti or tents or trash along the
sidewalks like all over the U.S.
We didn’t see any graffiti. The streets were beautiful. I’m so glad they’re preserving that area as best as they can.
Great videos!! I am wondering how do you guys avoid getting sick from food in general in your various travels? Obviously it takes time to build a stronger tolerance in certain places, so I am curious how you guys do it!
It might be genetic because none of us have ever been sick from food while traveling. We always joke that we have stomachs of steel 😂 Colt and I even drank the tap water in Mumbai. Phil has tried a lot of very different and adventurous street foods. But I would say always only try street food recommended by a guide.

Children, of any age, always took the parents hand to their forehead as respect. Younger to older, that would
mean that Colt would " have to " do that to Brooklyn - see how that flys.
I will tell them 😊 I live that. I bet Colt would do that for me, but I can’t imagine he’d do that for Brooklyn. They are much more like twins than Colt being a younger sibling.
