I was watching the longer gameplay on stream saw a cool pushblock guard break attack, but really waiting to see what makes this game unique, it’s kinda giving “modded marvel” in the gameplay AND the visuals rn
This game reminds me a lot of Battle For The Grid and Tatsunoko vs Capcom way more than Marvel 3

It’s insane how a 14 year old game released on the 360/ps3 consoles looks visually more appealing than this and it’s from the same developers

Yoooooooooooo It's Mahvel Baby but it's Nen Impact Baby and wow gameplay is amazing the HUD/UI is super amazing also can't wait for the Final Product with a shading model update before the release date after the end of EVO Japan Event and More Event on May so can't wait for New Generation of FighterZ, Marvel, Tatsunoko and Battle for the Grid vibes. I love the Anime 2D Fighters Style and I'm happy to see this peak gameplay.
That gameplay is outstanding.
It looks fun but can it make it a little bit smoother then again I did remember they said there was on a budget but can they at least make the roster size bigger

Was I expecting an arena fighter? Sorta, I’m not surprised they adapted the 2d/triple team gameplay model, but my god, looks aside, the gameplay actually looks and may feel terrible. I heard this is similar to Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid, and I liked that game, but again, every criticism I had for that game carries to this one and the game isn’t even out yet. I wish this game had another year of dev time, though while I do NOT like this game, I genuinely want my mind to change, I love Hunter X Hunter.

I understand why some people feel underwhelmed by the quality, but gotta realize that not every anime fighting game is gonna look like DB Fighterz or Sparking Zero like come on now 🤦♂️
No one is asking for that. The game doesn't need to look like sparking zero, but it also shouldn't look this low quality.

Looks like a 2009 mobile game
Sparking zero is really not close to as pretty as dbfz, and the gameplay is gonna be weak on top of that.
