There are many myths about feeding blood worm but it can be fed every day in moderation. Blood worm is a great natural feed source for goldfish.

Yes green peas are fine to feed daily. High in fibre and protein. Just ensure they are mixed in well with a staple food such as pellets or gel food. 😋
