They should always have former oscar winners announce the contenders and present the awards. MUCH more meaningful.

Da’Vine made me cry even before she won 🥹 The introductions to each nominee this year was so touching and hers about her grandmother along w her reaction was very sweet. Then her speech! Her speech! It was so real and touching. Talented empathetic actress, beautiful woman, beautiful speeches, she deserved recognition for that role. Even Paul Giamitti was crying I mean it was the sweetest thing ever! Congrats Da Vine 💐

Today, Jennifer , Emma, and RDJ lost their popularity while Sally Field are praised even though few people knew her.
I really don't understand why they did not look at Michelle and Ke who has an Oscar in the first place. Even if not racisim, it is just unbelievably rude.
She didn’t ignore her actually bc at the mic she turned right back around, reached out to her and touched her hand just as she did w the other women she didn’t interact with as much as she did Jennifer. It’s odd how you’re desperately trying to turn that moment where she was surely overwhelmed into a racial moment.

A hollow presentation for stunt performers and still no award, pushing the false narrative animation is just for kids, playing music off for winners whose first language isn’t english, micro-aggressions from white performers towards presenters of Asian descent, etc. What a disaster.
