Thank you I’ve been watching your videos. I haven’t done my training just yet I am going through Porter Airlines, but I’m taking a lot of information out of all your videos and I really wanna thank you it seems really intense on what you’re going through and thank you.

Thank you so much for your kind words, I love to hear that. This is exactly why I made these videos day by day because I couldn't find any this specific and I had a ton of questions. If you have any questions let me know and I'll try to help even though it's a different airline some things might be straight across the board.

Does the airline pay for your flights, hotel, and food during training?

    • @tguderyan33

Our flying benefits started the day we started training. So day 1 of training flights were suuuuuuuper cheap. They don't pay for food or accommodations while you are in training at your base. Being that I live 5hrs away I had to rent an apartment for 5 weeks.
Once you graduate and start your career as a FA they pay your hotels on layovers and you make what's called a "per deim" every hour that you are away from base.. works out to be $80 a day so that $80 can go "towards" food or you can pack a big lunch bag and keep your per diem.
