I like that studio setting but just as in the other layout, I would recommend you put a light yellow (maybe light orange) filter or two on your light source, can be bought in a "light and sound" store. It should provide a more soft pleasant look. If you do not have such a store around then consider a slightly lower strength of the light source. You are a good looking guy but the current light setting tend to make your head pale and occasionally shiny looking on screen. In my younger days while studying for my first education, I had a sidekick as a sound and light technician, so just trying to give advice that can further your channels professional image. If it is not professional lamps/lighting you use, then these filters can be bought as sheets, you can cut to fit with a normal scissor. It will be the cheapest item they have in the store. If it´s a pro guy in the store you can tell him type of light source and distance to your face and he will recommend you the correct filter to use right away.
