    TODAY I'M GOING TO SHARE SOME TIPS AND TRICKS ABOUT PHOTO BURN CAKE. HOW TO STICK A PHOTO TO CAKE HOW TO USE BURN PAPER ETC.
    ITS A VERY EASY CAKE TO MAKE AT HOME AND MAKE HAPPY TO YOUR FAMILY.
    SO LETS GO...
    EDIBLE PHOTO PRINT BURN CAKE RECIPE 👇👇
    INGREDIENTS :
    FOR CAKE SPONGE : 5”TIN SIZE ROUND
    FLOUR 63 GM
    OIL 14 GM
    BUTTER 14 GM
    POWDER SUGAR 14 GM
    VANILLA ESSENCE 1/2 TSP
    CONDENSED MILK 80 GM
    MILK 80 GM
    VINEGAR 1/2 TSP
    BAKING POWDER 1/2 TSP
    BAKING SODA 1/8 + PINCH
    METHOD :
    PRE HEAT OVEN @170*/180*C. FOR 10 MIN.
    IN A BOWL TAKE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA, SIEVE THIS 2-3 TIMES.
    IN ANOTHER BOWL TAKE MILK AND VINEGAR MIX IT. KEEP IT ASIDE FOR CURDLING A 10 MIN.
    FOR WET INGREDIENTS TAKE A BOWL AND ADD MELTED BUTTER (AT ROOM TEMPERATURE), OIL, POWDER SUGAR. MIX IT UNTIL ITS PALE YELLOW.
    THEN ADD VANILLA ESSENCE AND CONDENSED MILK MIX IT WELL FOR AT LEAST 2 MIN.
    NOW ADD HALF OF CURDLE MILK AND BEAT IT.
    NOW MIX DRY AND WET INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND MIX GENTLY.
    ADD CURDLE MILK WHEN NEEDED.
    MAKE A LUMP FREE SMOOTH BATTER.
    POUR BATTER IN A GREASED MOULD, TAP IT.
    BAKE IT @180*C.
    AFTER IT BAKED LET IT COME TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
    MAKE THREE LAYERS WITH KNIFE.
    TAKE 1ST LATER SOAK WITH SUGAR SYRUP AND SPREAD WHIPPING CREAM,ADD BERRY CRUSH. DO THE SAME PROCESS WITH 2ND AND 3RD LAYER.
    NOW CRUMB COAT THE CAKE AND KEEP IT IN A FRIDGE FOR 1 HOUR.
    COLOUR GANACHE :
    WHITE COMPOUND CHOCOLATE 300 GM
    FRESH CREAM 100 GM
    GEL COLOUR AS REQ.
    MELT THE CHOCOLATE AND CREAM LET IT COME TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
    DEVIDE THE GANACHE IN 3 PARTS.
    WE NEED EXTRA PINK GANACHE SO DEVIDE THE GANACHE IN THAT MEASUREMENT.
    NOW ADD GEL COLOUR AND MIX IT WITH SPATULA.
    FROSTING THE CAKE :
    REMOVE FROM FRIDGE AND COAT WITH PINK CHOCOLATE GANACHE. SMOOTH OUT WITH SCRAPPER. KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR 10-15 MIN.SO WE WILL FIVE OTHER COLOUR GANACHE LAYER.
    NOW DO THE SAME PROCESS WITH YELLOW AND BLUE CHOCOLATE GANACHE.
    THIS IS OUR FAULT LINE CAKE.
    KEEP CAKE IN A FRIDGE, WHEN YOU WANT TO PUT EDIBLE PHOTO PRINT ON CAKE OR YOU WANT TO DELIVER THAT TIME REMOVE THE CAKE FROM FRIDGE.
    CUT THE PHOTO IN ROUND SHAPE, BECAUSE OUR CAKE IS ROUND.
    PEEL OFF THE PLASTIC FROM PHOTO AND PUT IT ON CAKE AT THE CENTRE.
    JUST GENTLY PRESS WITH FINGER TIP DON’T RUB IT. IF YOU WANT SHINE THEN MIX NUTRAL GLAZE(1 TBSP) WITH WATER (1TSP) AND POUR IT ON PHOTO AND GENTLY SPREAD IT ON PHOTO IN ONE STROKE.
    I DIN’T USE GLAZE BECAUSE IT WAS LOOKING ALRADY SHINY.
    ONCE YOU STICK PHOTO ON CAKE DON’T PUT IT IN FRIDGE, BECAUSE ITS SUGAR SHEET SO THERE IS CHANCES OF COLOUR SPREADING DUE TO MOISTURE.
    MAKE DESIGN ON THE EDGES WITH WHIPPING CREAM, MAKE A THICK LAYER OF DESIGN.
    SO WHEN YOU BURN THE PAPER PHOTO WILL NOT GER BURN.
    NOW PLACE BURN PAPER, CUT IT IN A ROUND SHAPE.
    AND AGAIN MAKE DESIGN ON THE EDGES.
    WITH THE CANDLE BURN THE PAPER. IT BURNS VERY FAST WITHOUT ASHES.
    NOTE :
    WHEN YOU WANT TO DELIVER BURN CAKE YOU CAN STICK PHOTO BEFORE DELIVERY. THEN PUT IT IN A CAKE BOX AND DELIVER IT.
    IN RAINY SEASON ITS VERY MESSY TO WORK WITH PHOTO CAKE. TRY TO AVOID ORDER FOR PHOTO CAKE IF POSSIBLE. STILL YOU GET THE ORDER THEN PUT THE CAKE IN BOX AND SEAL THE CORNER SPACE WITH CELLO TAPE. SO MOISTURE WILL NOT RUIN THE PHOTO.
    YOU WILL GET EDIBLE PRINT FROM ANY CAKE SHOP. THE PRICE RANGE BETWEEN RS.100 -RS.150. DEPEND ON SIZE.
