This looks so great. This is a great idea. If you take a small aluminium pipe size like toilet roll..and tape a small ballon on the other side..you could shoot the small things to the side of the cake..not very hard but..i'll promise it will help.good luck.take care❤greetings feom Stockholm

This is my favorite cake decorating channel to watch. I love the amounts of frosting that you do and the wavy lines and stuff. I do think that if you would flatten the scraper against the cake rather than coming off so perpendicular to it when you are smoothing it, you might avoid the line that is left behind .
I would love for you to share the frosting recipe. Looks so light, fluffy and yet so workable. You are a fantastic cake decorator! You make these beautiful cakes with such ease, looks so simple. You definitely have a gift and magic hands.

Way easy to get flat cakes without having to cut them. Take a piece of tin foil the width of the cake pan, making sure it wraps around, wrap the tin foil in a wet paper towel and fasten together with a small paperclip. Works every time! 🥰
