One thing I appreciate about your Pilates sessions is that I can do one a day and not be too sore for the next. I modify movements according to how my muscles feel. That is key for a regular exercise program.

That was phenomenal! The first series I even felt my ribs! Amazing… second series was a little bit intense on my neck…maybe pulling on towel too much previously. The end series got my heart rate up! Everything in one class. Loved this 5 day!! Considering ……
If using a piece of equipment is ever too much, it's always an option to stop using it. The towel behind the head is being used for support rather than pulling on the head.

Enjoyed the flow but prefer a band to a towel as my hands tingle and go numb gripping a towel.
We talked about this after our live session on Saturday. It could be do to gripping too much. It's always an option to lessen the grip.
isnt it putting strain on neck the towel and what to do if have achey arms so cant lift over head 😢
