Great basic pot still. +1. You are supplying great products to the distilling community. Highly recommend PTFE (Teflon) seals instead of Silicone seals. It's not what the high abv vapor does to the seals, it's what the high vapor abv takes with it.
Looks great. Just a comment though, a PRV (pressure reducing valve) and a relief valve are too different devices. A PRV is a pressure regulator that maintains a set pressure, while a relief valve is a safety device that discharges fluid or gas when a vessel is over-pressurized. Similar, but not the same.
I'd suggest NOT using silicone for your gaskets but rather use a flexible Teflon, HDPE, or NBR type gasketS. Jessie on still it has mentioned that before in his videos. Just Google silicone and ethanol reactions. I'm not sure if you're using that type but using silicone can leave trace chemicals due to the degredation of silicone by ethanol.

Any future plans for developing a sealed lid for your brew system to use it for the boiler instead of the milk can?
Can you buy the new style condenser separately?
Will the boiler work with a induction cooktop?
Change one of the 90's to a 45 to point condenser away from still.......
Why not put the temp probe at the top of the column? Then can set PID controller to 173°
What’s the price for the full set up ?

I dont imagine its beyond safe levels considering there are distilleries that use silicone gaskets and even recommend them
choose quiet a vana white
