Ingredients:
For the dough:
250 grams all purpose flour (maida)
90 grams margarine
Pinch of salt
1 large egg
Warm water as needed
For the filling:
2 can tuna drain
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
150 grams chopped fresh coriander
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon curry powder
Oil for frying
Ingrédients:

De l'eau chaude au besoin
Pour le remplissage:
2 conserves de thon
2 cuillères à soupe de menthe fraîche hachée
150 grammes de coriandre fraîche hachée
Sel au goût
1 cuillère à café de flocons de piment
1 cuillère à soupe de curry en poudre
huile de friture

Pour la pâte:
250 g de farine blanchie tout usage
90 g de Margarine
Pincée de sel
1 oeuf ( taille grosse )
L’eau tiède tels que réquis afin de former la pâte
Pour le remplissage:
2 boîtes de thon
2 cuillères à soupe: feuilles de menthe fraîchement coupées
150 g: feuilles de coriandre fraîchement coupées
Sel selon le gout
1 cuillère à café de flocons de piments rouge
1 cuillères à soupe de poudre de curry
L’huile pour la friture

great but make sure to separate them with foil or any paper because when you defrost them they stick to each other and if you separate them when they are frozen they will break not like Samosa
Yes I remember my mum used to get them on a platter in the freezer spaced out to get them little hard and after few minutes remove them and pack in bags so I did same.

How to freeze the pastry so that it do not stick with each other
Name of margarine please?
You can use any kind of margarine that is available around you or you can just use butter softened

Laila do we need only margarine butter or we can another type of butter, please advise?
Margarine taste better for this recipe but yes any kind of butter will do

Hi Laila, I do not like frying food, just wonder if the recipe could be done in the oven. I am more concerned about the dough cook in the oven. I\ll be waiting for your reply. Thanks it is a nice video.
Hi dear for oven pate dough is a bit different but yes you can still bake this on an preheated oven 400 Farenheit for about 20 -25 minutes or nice and light brown
