I was born in Baytown and live near Waco. I guess I'm an oddball among Texans. Maybe it's because I'm a Texas born Cajun. I don't own a gun, and I find football about as exciting as watching paint dry. I love the week or three of winter we have in Texas. But Texas summers I could do without. At least the humidity is better here in Central Texas than in Louisiana. Whenever temperatures reaches the upper 90s or triple digits I seriously consider moving to Alaska.

I was born in Baytown and live near Waco. I guess I'm an oddball among Texans. Maybe it's because I'm a Texas born Cajun. I don't own a gun, and I find football about as exciting as watching paint dry.
I love the week or three of winter we have in Texas. But Texas summers I could do without. At least the humidity is better here in Central Texas than in Louisiana. Whenever temperatures reaches the upper 90s or triple digits I seriously consider moving to Alaska.

As a Texan, third generation, all of this is very true lmao. We are a proud people. Also another thing I've picked up on traveling through the States is that if a Texan runs into another Texan they INSTANTLY bond. We get along with our own.
