Paella should have crispy toasted crunchy rice on the bottom. That looked all soft. Like a seafood fried rice instead of paella. 🥲 Glad you enjoyed it tho’! Any tasty food is still good food.

My grandma used to eat lot of beef tongue growing up. She grew up on a farm and it was the cheapest part of the cow. My great grandma used to make it into lunch meat and they'd have it on sandwiches. Apparently it's pretty good.

Beef tongue is one of the most tastiest pieces of meat out there! Used to get it for free couldn’t give it away till a couple years ago.
