Thank you, professor. To be honest I first time see these small details about going to the spine and pushing with head. Looks cool, I will try it next training

Ganseki Nage entrance... also likely a really interesting uchi mata or strange Tai Otoshi. Super fun though you’d probably wanna lower that second grip a bit not to bind your arms too much during the ganseki.

I have found that in a real fight the depth or height of a "relational grip" is dependent on your next move after landing... But totally appreciate the feedback! :-)

@@AcesJiuJitsuClub that practical adaptation versus "competition" or "textbook form" is crucial to understand.
He'll learn to frame-up after getting bumrushed to his back, or swarmed with sloppy heavy hooks and straights. Lol

@@thef.a.c.e.foundation8316 my response still... “Stands” my friend. I have been in and coached many others through just the situation you are describing and have objective data on the success of the approach shared. Also if you’re getting rushed by an attacker that is punching this may not be the move for you until you stabilize their arms - perhaps with and over/under grip - before transitioning to the choke.
      Again. Hope that helps.
