1 cup (100 g) powdered milk, i used nido
150 ml sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp milk, warm
1 tbsp ghee
2 pinches saffron
pistachios for garnish

I followed this recipe and made peda for the first time tonight, it has turned out so yummy. Very easy and fast

I followed the same process as in the video. Pedas were looking good. Taste good. But while chewing, peda felt sticky and a bit rubber like in the mouth. They felt tight and less loose. So I request your help to guide me that where I went wrong.
Pedas turn out to be good and delicious but they got bit tight. Hope you will reply.
