Each different way of roundhouse kicking has their own purpose whether it is to kick with more power or speed, close the distance or intercept your opponent, even create angles or disguise your kick to keep it non-telegraphed!

Now I know how to properly question mark kick! It was the whip part for me. When I do it it’s like two steps with the lifting knee and kicking. Here it’s really one step because it’s a whip and quick. Thanks man!

Big thumbs up to this vid. You have no Idea how much of help this vid is to me as I am having hard time with my kick specially om sparring. By the way Jeff I was wondering if you can do low kick set ups. Or 10 low kicks same style as this video. I got kicked in my inner leg with a low kick and it hurt like hell compared to getting low kicked on the outer leg.

Hey Jeff, huge fan of your content, you're a very good fighter and instructor.
I have a question though, you seem to let your head wip when you do some of the kick variations when you're demonstrating but not when you're sparring? ye I know it's no good doing it when you actually spar but it's just something I was wondering.

Side kick or lead leg push kick for me while straight-ing my arms at the coming fighter. Im not so good with switch kicks i hope i get better on it soon

I'm finding going forward hard in sparing. For a couple of reasons, I'm new to kickboxing and I counter strike more naturally.
This is amazing, its helping me so much, I've been using the galloping kick and jumping round house in training. Now I land shots so early and my offence has improved hugely, thanks for this video.
