    Well done Dan, think it’s amazing that you finished, loved the start when you kept shouting “I did challenge Roth” that’s what I’d do too, you should be proud and tell people it’s an awesome achievement 😊👍💪

    It's crazy how modest you are. Sub-10 Roth is a huge achievement and I cannot even dream about anything close to this. Truly amazing performance, Dan. Great camera work and reporting from Liz. I could feel the emotions you shared.
    As somebody who watches your journey, I'm so happy for you, Dan.

    Brilliant video. I was there too. I did the sprint race at the Freibad on Friday. The kids raced Saturday. And my brother banged out 12:36 on Sunday. While I had an epic spectating day. Keep truckin' Dan.

    I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, your performance was amazing and you are so modest about it! Really enjoyed this insight and there a many points that I’ll take with me for next year though I’ll be several hours slower!

      Cheers Jason! I have been doing a "lot" of training, just not specific to the full distance, it's still a swim/ bike/ run isn't it :D

    Top work,hun. Which do you think had the better atmosphere? Ironman Wales or Roth.

    What do you mean never doing another full distance!?! How far are you from WC qualification times?

      Ha I said this last year too! It depends on which race, but I'd still say 45mins-1hr over the full distance. I might get it when I'm 70-74

    I knew u can pedal, but run was a suprise bth ... could u break ur running millage 2 months leading to the event... I am also around 90kg and at the moment can run max 1 week due the foot injury, but looking for some minimal effective dosage

    Damn, I got 4:53h at NP196/AP186 (soft dohgnut ride) this year... I was training and producing 205-215w on spesific sessions so bit bummed... But end result of 9:32 more than made up to it..
