Prashant ji I have terrible gas trapping problem, I am normally fine in morning, it gets bad as day progreses esp in evening . Normally after few hours of morning meal I start getting minor cramps and difficulty to.pass gas, in evening it gets worse, when I press stomach there is no hurt or pain on.pressing , infact most time my stomach is soft but on sittong on chair or otgerwise, I feel tight, sleeping position again I feel better & morning is pretty ok

Why don't you take ayurveda tratment? I also had this situation, I used so many english medicines and fed up with it. Later I have taken treatment at kottakkal arya vaidya sala., sn ayirvedic hospital. They cured it.
