As far as hip hop goes, Best lyricists: Rakim, Andre 3000, Eminem, etc. Graff writers: Tkid, Ces, Kaws, Bates, Skeme, Dondi, Trixter (Chicago), etc. The mid to late 80's were the best, miss that flavor.

Sad to say...but I agree aswell..when young ppl don't know the wisdom of KRS1, PUBLIC ENEMY, or RAKIM's raw lyrics then that's just a Damn shame cause that is REAL HIP HOP!!!
