Hi guys. What a beautiful video brining me memories of Poland. Well done!!! In relation to the space on one side of the square: there is a big New Year celebration every year. The big stage needs a lot of space and many people are going to welcome a New Year! The place is going to look like an outdoor concert!!!
In Żabka the don't have the real oscypek, they have just the imitation called "ser górski" wich is not the real one. If you can see that the cheese is smooth and shiny (like almost waxed) on the outside, it is not oscypek. Oscypek is matte and slightly rough on the outside. Real oscypek is rarely sold in markets. I love your vids! Keep them coming! ❤ P.S. your assessment of the Christmas market in Krakow compared to Wroclaw is spot on!
ah thank you! so glad you liked the video and our overview on both markets, we really did not want to be unkind to Krakow Christmas Markets, its was just how we felt, its a personal preference i guess...☺️ oh thanks for the tip on the Oscypek, we have been buying the shinny ones 🤦♂️ we will keep an eye out for the proper ones
Sometimes they have 2 events at the same time in the main square like a market and a concert .they also have events in the smaller square just behind the cathedral. There a numerous varieties, strengths and salty and non salty cheese as you will see in Zakopane

Long time ago I had Danish friend visiting me in small town in PL, and one of my friend Ola, after getting small gift from him, with the smile on her face she said" f...k you" instead of thank you... that was awkward ... and funny at the same time 🤯😅😆 translation failed
In polish you can say "what do you want" as a 1:1 translation and you can say it as very politely. Most polish people don't realise that this might be rude to native English speakers. I did the same mistake during my first years in England. So: if somebody will ask something like that - this is +90% polite.
Love following you guys travelling around Poland ,I’m from Yorkshire but my partner is polish and I have been to most of the places that you visit .We laugh like mad at you trying to pronounce the Polish words . Keep up the good work guys and guess what Wroclaw Xmas market for us next week and I’m going to try all the food that you did
The Xmas Market is usually huge but now I guess its smaller due to covid. The other side by the Old City Hall Tower is left empty for the New Year's Eve concerts. There's a huuuuge stage put up there and u get the 24 hrs of open air concerts with fireworks in the end. Under the market Square, which is the greatest medieval market and on the Silk route, you have a museum and gallery.
Why is amber popular in Poland? One of the reasons was the fact that it was and still is only in smaller quantities extracted from the Baltic Sea, another - that in the medieval times was an amber trail from Gdańsk to Italy, along the Vistula River through Krakow and near my hometown, charming little town of Stary Sacz. You should also see such places. Mountain Pieniny, Krynica Zdroj, Rytro, Piwniczna, Muszana, all small towns along the Poprad river valley. There are tons of such small towns. Great videos, keep it up :)

@@GoTimeTravels I should thank you guys, for making a good travel vlogs 😉
Kraków is absolutely top class city so many new investments. I've been there this Christmas first time since few years , and I couldn't recognize this city ! (new building here , there etc.)
Oh really say it was great to get to visit since its been a few years for you 😊 hope you had a great time!! It was our first time to visit, but we had heard so many good things about it and when we seen it for ourselves we loved it ❤️ Such a beautiful City, especially at Christmas time, that just made our time there even better 🎄😍
Merry christmas! Nice market!
What a wonderful tour. enjoyed spending time with your channel. Thank you for sharing:)
🙇♂️👏👍☘🙏🌷
ah thank you so much, so glad that you enjoy our videos, means a lot to us ❤️
Krakow atmosphere is chill for lovers and poets
Pozdrawiam... super że odwiedziłaś Wrocław..
Our friends. Stay health and happy turning via Poland. 😀💝😀💝
15:45 You saw an "Aussie pack" and then had an Irish peck to try it? ☺️ Oscypek taste best when bought straight from a local cheesemaker in Polish mountains.. Have a joyful Christmas time lovely couple! 💛
☺️☺️ yes we just picked it up when we seen it to give it a try 😂 it was no where near as nice as the ones we tried out but it was still ok 😊 we can't wait to try the Oscypek in Zakopane 😄 Hope you have a lovely Christmas too ☺️❤️
@@GoTimeTravels I mean there are meadow valleys of Tatra or Bieszczady where sheep are pastured. and you can spot cheese huts where local highlanders make fresh oscypek (os-tsypek ☺️)
Zapraszamy do Poznania
ah thank you! ❤️ we would love to visit
Nice! Greeting from Krakow😀
Hello there! ❤️
Best working
Such an amazing couple! I've already watched few of your videos and they are outstanding. Lovely to see that you enjoy Poland, I hope you will have great memorials of that trip ❤ Greetings Mateusz
ah thank you so much! that is so kind of you to say, we really appreciate it ❤️
Very nice guys
Lovely video, brought back memeries of our Christmas visit a couple of years ago, definitely will return.
Thank you so much for watching! so glad it brought back fond memories for you ❤️
Another great video guys.Keep up the good work.
Cheers Mark, thanks a mill for watching and really glad you liked the video 🙌
Hi guys. What a beautiful video brining me memories of Poland. Well done!!! In relation to the space on one side of the square: there is a big New Year celebration every year. The big stage needs a lot of space and many people are going to welcome a New Year! The place is going to look like an outdoor concert!!!
oh wow that sounds awesome, thanks for clarifying that for us ❤️
Waiting for December to come you make me more exciting to go
Thanks fir this interesting video
Thank you, have an amazing time in December ❤️
We have in north 3city-Gdansk,Sopot,Gdynia. Distance from Gdynia do Gdańsk is 25 km. But verry interesting is Łeba and Hel too.
I think we will return north and visit Sopot and Gdynia ❤️
@@GoTimeTravels then i write u what to see in Gdynia 😁
Always on the on side, the other side visit krakow in the summer😉
Poland in summer is definitely something we will do ❤️🙏🇵🇱
In Wrocław there is very fun ZOO and Hydropolis. You should visit these places next time. But better in the summer.
wow i hope u visit poland in summer :) kisses
we plan to 🇵🇱🙏
In Żabka the don't have the real oscypek, they have just the imitation called "ser górski" wich is not the real one. If you can see that the cheese is smooth and shiny (like almost waxed) on the outside, it is not oscypek. Oscypek is matte and slightly rough on the outside. Real oscypek is rarely sold in markets.
I love your vids! Keep them coming! ❤
P.S. your assessment of the Christmas market in Krakow compared to Wroclaw is spot on!
ah thank you! so glad you liked the video and our overview on both markets, we really did not want to be unkind to Krakow Christmas Markets, its was just how we felt, its a personal preference i guess...☺️ oh thanks for the tip on the Oscypek, we have been buying the shinny ones 🤦♂️ we will keep an eye out for the proper ones
Nice vdo ❤️❤️ Btw, I'm coming Kraków, can't wait to see it ❤️❤️
have a great time ❤️ and thanks so much for watching
Thanks Samantha & Caolan, Merry Christmas you to both! 🎅🎄🦌☃

Apart from the new semi-lockdown announced by An Taoiseach, I'm grand thanks!
Great videos. I’ve been to gdansk, krakow and Wrocław. Loved them all. Next time you need to visit sopot beach is beautiful
Hi everyone ...I'm also here from paradise of world Kashmir
Salam azizam
Wslaam
Sometimes they have 2 events at the same time in the main square like a market and a concert .they also have events in the smaller square just behind the cathedral.
There a numerous varieties, strengths and salty and non salty cheese as you will see in Zakopane
Oh ok cool 😀 We can't wait to try the Oscypek in Zakopane 😋
@@GoTimeTravels at the bottom of the main street in zakopane, just across the road .. then via the underpass is the main market .here you can find dozens of atalls aelling cheese both cold and grilled.walk uphill to the end of this market where there is the funicular train to Gubalowka . Go up to the top for an amazing view of zakopane and the tatra mountains . . Must visit places in the tatras during winter are morskie oko lake , kasprowy wierch via cable car and dolina koscieliska and dolina chocolowska dolina means valley . You can get mini buses every 10 to 15 minutes to all these places around the train/bus station area. To go on the cable car to kasprowy wierch take mini bus with destination board "Kuznice" have a great time .

"Where are you from and what you want?" - how nice and welcoming
☺️☺️☺️
haha i agree, the girl was actually quite nice to us, i think it was just a translation thing ☺️
For sure she wanted to say how can I help you, but she didn't knew how.
@@robson617 😂😂😂 that’s gas…but yeah, it absolutely happens…
The best what you can buy in Gdańsk?
Ticket to Gdynia. :D
Hahah of course it's joke but I love it ;)
🤗🤗🤗 we will definitely visit Gdynia
You need to go to Zakopane in the Tatra mountains! You ll Love it :)

The story your irish friend told you is correct!!!
I was in Krakow in September 2018. I loved it. In your travels, did you visit Poland’s famous gingerbread capital? I think it’s Torun.
Unfortunately we didnt make it to Torun, but we plan to next time we visit Poland ❤️🇵🇱
@@GoTimeTravels it’s a must do item. Polish gingerbread.
What about a picture in front of “Crazy House” when you were in the Gdańsk area?
Super Pozdrawiam 😉
super pozdrowienia dla ciebie też 😊 dzięki za oglądanie 😃
You need to TRYING Christmas food.!!!! Bigos, ryba po grecku, pierogi, zylc, kotlety, zrazy... the best one's so TRYING!!! You will love it 😀
Definitely u should visits Vodka cafe bar in Kraków! Cheers 🥂 ❤️
ah thanks for the tip!
@@GoTimeTravels Its been a pleasure watching u for the past few weeks, 👌🤗and enjoy ur next trip in my beautiful 🇵🇱 Happy Christmas 🎄⛄🎆❄️🍺 Regards from 🇮🇪😊
@@GoTimeTravels the best bars here are in Kazimierz
Probably you are out of Poland right now, but next time you have to visit Bieszczady, especially the water dam in Solina :) Przemysl (my home city) city is a good choice as well and it's on the way to Bieszczady :D Have a wonderful christmas time
We are still in POLAND ❤️🇵🇱
the next stop for oscypek cheese will be Zakopane xD. I hope you will see real snow in Zakopane. Have fun guys!.
ah thank you ❤️
Not the nicest question from Gdynia place lady "what you want?"🤣When you will visit Kazimierz Jewish area look for the footpath over the river. On the other end at Podgorze market square there is apparently another xmas market- smaller one.
She probably wasn't that fluent in conversing in english, hence the awkward wording. At least I hope so as a fellow Pole ;)
I Love ❤️ Kraków
Next time go to Gdynia and Sopot. This is 3city Gdańsk Gdynia and Sopot.
yes 💯 we will.....we regret not visiting Gdynia and Sopot when we were in Gdansk
You would have a good time in Warsaw. In the centre of the Christmas market (in the Old Town Square) there is an ice rink, and you can rent ice skates and go ice skating :)
that would be soo cool ❤️😍
