Rey/Oscar & Angie did a fantastic job raising their kids. Rey wanting Dom to turn heel on him was a brilliant creative/parenting move. He wants Dom to make his own name & create his own legacy rather than continue to be in his shadow. Rey really does deserves a whole ton of respect because of how well he's managed his family & his career.

What’s curious to me is will his face turn be for a main event push or not.. I feel like with his heat it has to be, but it’s kinda felt like this would all lead back to Rey and Dom reuniting and us seeing a Mysterio’s tag title run before Rey hangs it up.

The key is that he's having fun, taking whatever is thrown at him by creative, willing to learn, entertaining fans, and earning respect backstage rather than demanding it (I'm not talking about Kayfab). That's not to say he'll be a John Cena level talent but I could see him having a career like the Miz or Dolph, ya know.
