So the areas where it isnt excavated (Where it wont have any loading bearing wall) will just be left as it is then have the base of the building (floor), including DPC put on top of it as well?

The area that's not excavated will be filled in with a radon barrier (plastic sheeting)hardcore(stones and gravel basically) to be brought up level with your your blockwork that is built up to floor level, the floor screed is then poured to make your building floor
