- Take a look at this big 52 square meter, fully furnished unit in the heart of Hua Hin. Great location that is walking distance to the night market, beach and much more! Right on the baht bus route so transportation is cheap and easy too! There are so many Hua Hin condos for rent and many are available short-term as well as long.

Have you considered Hua Hin as your home?
Know might be boring, Bhat buses/routes in Hua Hin video IMO would be a great topic/resource. Lots of these for Patts/Jomtein... not many on Hua Hin (know there is maps etc, but really like the visual learning of a video). Really glad to see you making content on the western side of the gulf as part of your expat journey. As always, appreciate your videos.
I was in Hua hin in 2019. Really enjoyed my visit. Especially liked watching the sun come up on the beach with a coffee in my hand. I'll visit again when I retire.
Stay tuned. I have Hua Hin vlogs coming too and I shot some baht bus material.
Great plan.
Where is that building,? I'm heading there in the morning, I'm looking for somewhere exactly like that, Thank You
Great Video ! Most folks here in the states have no idea how incredible SE Asia is and Hua Hin is most likely where I will retire.
Thanks for watching
Hua Hin IMO is a great place to retire. Maybe not the best for party people, but plenty of other activities for those that prefer a more moderate party lifestyle. I’ve lived here for two years after 6 months living in Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai is nice but I prefer Hua Hin.
Great insights, thanks.
Nice one, il check out hua hin next February.
Im only 43 years old so i think for now i would be bored if retired to Asia. If i had somewhere to ride my dirt bike that would keep me occupied.
I like the quieter towns, been to pattaya and philipinnes, vietnam. Thailand probably still my favourite
Liked and subscribed after watching just 2 of your videos. Why?
Video quality 10/10
Audio quality 10/10
Staying on topic 10/10
Only things as a viewer that would be nice for me personally is: on screen text, just 1 second longer and showing the locations on a Google map.
Also, anyone that says y'all is a friend of mine!
Keep up the good work. I plan on looking at a couple places when I'm in Bangkok next week.
Thank you
you can get a one bedroom apt at the Riviera in Jomtien beach with an Ocean VIEW for about the same price per month!
🤣 yes but that's a long walk to Hua Hin Beach. 🤔🙄
@@RetiringToAsia or a long swim, 555
What apartment is this? How can I rent it?
That is a great studio! Nice size! I really like it!
Glad you like it!
It's a great town, and there are some amazing rentals there. If only the brought back the Hua Hin-Pattaya ferry.
Thanks for watching
I've stayed in that condo via AirBnB. Facilities blow, but rooms good size and location good. Helpful juristic office. It's full of holidaymakers, but wasn't noisy during my time there.
Thanks for watching
I think it is really nice - like the lounge area with tv. I normally stay at La Casita but the pool/s look much better and are better suited to adult swimmers.
Nice large condo and clean, but 15k, I would be expecting a nice one bedroom for that money. Not keen on the fact that she is happy to rent daily or weekly if I was to be there for long term, too much coming and going with the attendant noise/lack of respect for others that this seems to bring with it. Well stocked kitchen area though! 😊
One of many options. There's something out there for everyone.
Sounds great for me
@@andrewoakley4957 after looking at what they are charging on Airbnb for studios in huahin 15k baht seems like a steal to me. The prices on Airbnb right now are absurd and not much better than bangkok - for a place in central huahin for a decent place we are talking 700 - 1200 USD!
So you have any good suggestions for less expensive places in huahin? How do you rent off of Airbnb? Can you just walk into a place and say you want to rent for a month?
I’ve been thinking about renting a second condo. Maybe some to keep all year round, or maybe just something for a few months at a time. Right now, I’m at the beach in Wongamat, in the Naklua area of Pattaya. I have everything I need here, so the second condo would just be for a change of scenery now and then.
There are many low priced options in Hua Hin that would make great second homes.
The first studio is nice. Nice size
Yes it is!
Please include a link to the hotels/rooms/homes you share. This is so helpful. Liked and Subscribed, Thank you for making these videos :)
I was going to go to Hua Hin to try early retirement. My friend had me try the Philippines. I've been in Cebu and Manila...outside of the "bubble" areas it is terrible. Not clean and so much pollution. I am heading to Hua Hin in a week. I should have followed my first instinct
At least you tried it and had the experience. Hope you like Hua Hin.
I stayted there for the month of June, you should have mentioned things about the actual location...1 to 2 blocks to the famous night market as well as the wet market opened every day...and you mentioned close to the water...but its only 3 blocks to the main beach entrance.
I really like ❤ your videos, very well structured and informative. Could you please make a video to compare Hua Hin and Jomtien? Thank you so much!
Thank you
Will be there in October, looking for similar condo.
Email me in September and I can get you connected.
nice video and it was nice to meet you
Thanks Alex. Nice meeting you too. Start your golf channel!
Seems to be more of a long stay hotel than a condo.
I was thinking of staying in Hua Hin for a couple weeks, my next trip to Thailand to see if I could live there when i retire. I've been there once for 3 days and felt it was ok, but thought it might be boring. But I'm willing to go back and stay a bit longer to give it a chance.
It's definitely a slower pace.
What impact might Thailand joining BRICS have on pricing? I’ve read they are considering joining in October.
I won't speculate. Thanks for watching.
Beautiful and spacious, the price tag isn't too expensive, that a little over 800 monthly.
15k thai baht is only about 400 usd monthly..but maybe you're referring to a different currency?
Why so expensive? It's HH, not Bangkok...
Thanks for watching
It's called Expat Advantage. With the right agent.
How are you finding cheaper places? Been looking on Airbnb and everything is WAY more expensive than these prices she's quoting.
@@mijead00 A lot retirees moving there so prices have risen.
@@Chris-dw6cucan find cheaper on Airbnb by using the filter and input your monthly limit. Won't be as big as this but still liveable and not too far from the central spots.
You alluded to something that has been bothering me for a while now, because I've watched about a hundred Thailand condo tour videos, and maybe twice have I seen anyone in the beautiful pools!
At first I thought, okay, maybe they do the tours while everyone is at work, or something, but even in the mostly farang places the pools are empty.
What gives?
555 yep, most of the time when I go to the pool, I'm alone or only a few people there. I guess everyone is out enjoying all of the fun things to do in Thailand.
Or they just make the short walk to the beach and swim there?
Can u do video on cheapest, descent condos in jomtien?
Check the Condo Tour playlist
I am defo intetested. Around £300 per month, good price,2 questions,is wifi broadband and is there a deposit or bond to pay?
Email me: retiringtoasia@gmail.com and I'll connect you with the agent. When I spoke to her last week, they were close to full.
@@RetiringToAsia just sent you email,cheers.
Is it easy to find a short term condo for 2 or 3 months during high season?
Great question. There are many more short-term rentals available in and around Hua Hin than you will find in other areas like Pattaya. I'd still suggest booking early but you should be able to find something.
Nice size.
I think so too!
Who's saying expensive? 52 square meters not like those tiny 29 meter
Good price for a room that big.
That's what I was thinking
Is this condo within walking distance of local fruit and vegetable markets ? Have you done a video comparing Hua Hin and Jomtien ?
Yes it is.
Yes,,,very close...1 to 2 blocks away to night market and wet market. 3 to 4 blocks to main beach entrance..
Nice place. Reasonable price
It sure is
For sure we prefer Hua Hin than Pattaya...nothing to compare ;-)
Pattaya- lots of not great videos coming out
Nice 👍 work
Thanks ✌️
I would like to see this when we are in Thailand in 6 weeks??
Email me please
If you like to buy, the average price is around 2,3 million thb. You can owns it.
In these condos, you show, where would I keep a bicycle?
In the room, on the balcony or in the covered parking area. Up to you.
Do you speak Thai? I was thinking of living in that area of Thailand, but I'm concerned because I only speak English. What is your opinion and experience being a English speaker in that area of Thailand??
I speak a little and am learning. It's certainly helpful, but not necessary. Check out some of my other vlogs where I talk more about learning and speaking Thai.
@@RetiringToAsia Awesome and will do! I'm glad to hear that it is doable without having the language skills right out of the box. I would definitely plan on learning the language once I'm there, especially if I like being there and plan to stay long term, which I have no doubt that I would do!!
@@georgeandy6923 it’s a very hard language to learn for many people because of the tonality. I have been here for 2 1/2 years and have learned a few expressions and basic things like numbers, directions and important phrases but no conversation skills. I have a Thai girlfriend and as such I have been enabled because she communicates for me when necessary. Your experience may be different but I have met many expats that have lived here well over 10 years, and many have had the same experience that I have. Best of luck (Chok Dee)
@@lancemided3251 Awesome, and thanks for that info! I suspect that I might have the same difficulty, as I have no particular proficiency in learning languages, LOL!! So that has definitely been my concern about moving outside of the popular ex-pat areas of Bangkok. In fact, I had read that in other areas such as Pattaya, I might be even better off, as there is more English spoken in these areas than in Bangkok. So I'd be interested in your further feedback on this.
@@georgeandy6923 I have lived in Chiang Mai and Hua Hin and many people speak English
Any for sale?? How much?

You know couple of videos more like this , that everything is so cheap it won't be in 5 months anymore

It's Ok. Some pros more cons. Not for me. Appreciate seeing what's available, though. 😊

Car parking?
Plenty of covered parking available.

The Thais can live on 25% of what a westerner would need because of expectations. Not affordable u mean!
I found Hua Hin to be very boring and uneventful Same old same old Bars that are all identical
