Hello, did not see your email address in the description. A few questions: Are there any condos that will accomodate 2 adults and 2 kids? Like either large 1 bdr with convertible sofa, extra bed or futon? Are there any decent 2 bdr units that we can rent out? I just subscribed and gave a thumbs up.
There are plenty of larger condos available at most properties. If you want to check Lumpini availability, their email is at the end of the first paragraph of the description. It's not a link, so it's in white text.
I think it was about 125. Did you know you can go on the Bolt app, and by changing the origin and destination, you can check? You don't have to be in that area to check pricing. I use that to check prices and availability of service before I go places.
Naaa Sea View had dirty washers that left trash on all my clothes and I had to buy pest spray. I viewed Beach and it was not even nice.. the pool was filled with debris and leaves both times I visited the gym at both was horrible.. but its close to the beach and cheap.
Cha Am has a lot to offer.

You van get wifi. Portable hotplates, no cook tops.
I think you must have your first price wrong, it cannot be 8,000 baht per year, probably per month??
